  • Breathe as a Friend - Luckygirl Bodywork Guided Imagery Collaboration with Tamara Kinoshita
    Jan 14 2026

    Guided Imagery

As you settle into meditation, allow yourself to breathe.

This meditation will just be breathing.

Feeling the movement of air across your nostrils.

Noticing the difference between the inhale and the exhale breath. Feel

the movement across your skin, the temperature of the air.

Noticing the space between inhale and exhale.

Following your breath down into your chest.

The gentle rise and the fall of your clavicles.

    the expansion of the ribs.

Allowing your breath to feel like a rhythmic dance of your body.

Feeling the expansion of your back.

Feeling the pressure of your belly as you exhale and inhale through your

    entire body.

How do you feel about your breath?

    Can breath be your anchor?

Can breath be your gentle friend who's always with you.

Can you welcome each breath with gratitude?

Can you find enjoyment in that space between?

Gently guiding your attention to the breath whenever it seems to wander.

Enjoying how it's different every time.

    Enjoying that it's consistent, persistent.

Thank you breath for always being with me.

    Jan 14 2026
Guided Imagery Allowing yourself to settle into meditation. Making any movements or shifts that allow you to relax and feel comfortable. Beginning your connection to your breath. Beginning to lengthen the inhale. Soften. Extend those exhale. Allowing a sense of ease and release to travel across your face and down your shoulders. Allow your body to feel a sense of settling in, sinking down, letting go. Letting your body sink down into the earth. Gently and slowly, you feel the support and security of the earth cradling you, relaxing down into it. Feel the coolness of the soil all around you. You feel safer, protected. Allow yourself to relax a little bit more. And your body sinks down a little bit further into the earth. Allow it to soften and notice that you feel smaller, tinier, completely surrounded by this earth, moist and dark, smelling of life. A gentle nurturing pressure all around. With this smallest movement and wiggle, you notice that you have become a worm. Tiny and smooth, simple, unfettered. And despite your small size, despite seeming to have so little, you are moving the earth with every movement. The soil and earth around you shifts, changes, is molded by your actions. You move and the earth moves. What you do nurtures life in other ways. You are vital and important. Allowing yourself to feel this worm who moves the earth. And as you look ahead, you see that the scene in front of you is changing. So you continue to wiggle moving towards and with the smallest movement once again the earth shifts and over your face you feel the cool water sliding across your body. A flash of movement out and you are a fish. Shining scales, sleek body, noticing your colors, noticing your fins and your tail. You're able to speed and zip from side to side, flipping in any direction. Noticing how fluid your movements are, how easy. And as you turn to the side, you notice there are others swimming near you. And you recognize them. These others swim with you. Some of them behind, some of them near, some of them far off in the distance or ahead. allowing these others to represent your tribe, your school, your spirits. All of these other fish around you move together with you, creating a beautiful synchronicity. feel filled up by their support. Noticing that sometimes you lead the school, sometimes you are a part of it, but always together moving free. That feeling of support and love stays with you, but you notice that you have drifted farther away from the rest of the fish because up ahead once again is a light. So you turn towards the light once more at the surface of the water. and feel the cool movement as you get closer and closer. With a rush, you jump out of the water. Spread your arms and are now a bird flapping. Wind rushing across your face, lifting and fluttering through your feathers. You let out a great cry. • Relaxing Savasana - Luckygirl Bodywork Guided Imagery Collaboration with Tamara Kinoshita
    Jan 14 2026
Guided Imagery Allowing your body to sink down. Imagining a gentle picture full of relaxation being poured over the top of your head. Feel the cool sensation traveling down your forehead, washing away any tension, allowing the thoughts to become clearer, that they can easily wash away with that relaxation. Feeling that sense of relax pouring down through your jaw. Relax the tongue. That feeling of ease traveling down through the sides of your neck, your throat, and the back of your neck. Allow that relaxation to travel down across your shoulders. Release any tension, the weight that we carry from ourselves, from others. Just allow it to gently wash away. Feel the ease traveling down through our chest. Silky and smooth. We feel it traveling over our body. Relaxing through the ribs. Relaxing through the organs. Feel the cool ease traveling down your spine, your back. Relaxation through our arms down to the smallest tips of our fingers. This cool liquid relaxation travels through our hips, down our legs, allowing to wash away. Start free. Just allow yourself to float and relaxed and ease. allowing yourself to have the feeling and the knowing that even when I am in this state of ease and peace, I am okay. I am safer now. Pleased and relaxed is a place that I can be and I can be okay here. Even when the waters start to feel choppy, maybe scary, I can breathe and allow my body to sink a little lower down under that surface of relaxation. My breath brings me slowly into that state. Allowing my body to relax brings me slowly under that surface of turbulent water. Because under the water is where it remains calm. There may be hurricane up above. But I am able to stay in this calm, cool, safe, smooth place. Allow yourself to feel safe, protected. Knowing that no matter what, you're a strong swimmer. You have all that you need. That you are all that you need to be. Remembering you can always connect to these things by breathing, by feeling your body. ____________ Tamara Kinoshita is guided by a clear set of values: empathy, strong communication, thoughtful challenge, efficiency, knowledge, community, trustworthiness, and whole-being health. • Tree - Luckygirl Bodywork Guided Imagery Collaboration with Tamara Kinoshita
    Jan 14 2026
Guided Imagery - Finding presence. Settling into now at this moment. Not needing to change anything, make it different. Just be the observer right now. Gently allow yourself to soften. Coming to a position of meditation, allowing your mind to come to that space. Your body taking on the shape of meditation. Visualizing beneath you the earth, bare earth. What does this earth look like, feel like, and smell like? What textures does the earth hold? What colors and shapes do you see? Is it alive with life green and colorful? Is it sandy so that your toes sink in? Is it moist and cool? As you feel the earth, allowing yourself to become a little tiny seed. What shape is this seed? What size? What color? The little tiny seed of you sinks down into the earth, allowing yourself to feel the moisture, the cool secure embrace. And as you breathe, allow your breath to grow that seed into a beautiful tree. Tall, proud, roots deep in the earth, trunk thick. Years and years grown on top of each other. The story of your life in this thick sturdy trunk. Branches in so many directions intertwined. but always reaching. Allow yourself to be this tree. And on some days you stand tall and proud. The air around you calm, the sun shining warmly. Some days others come to lay under your shade, to nest in your branches. You welcome them, support them, give them what they need. And some days the air outside is not so calm. The winds begin to pick up, blowing your branches and leaves. blowing so hard sometimes that you shake. Feel the uplift and tug of that breezy wind pulling you up. But you hold on. Strong roots. Earth also holding you down, connecting you, keeping you together. And as the wind blows, you remain strong, grounded, proud, and sometimes the wind dies down. Feeling a little shaken, but still you, still strong, still grounded, still reaching up. What does it feel like to be this tree? Can you be this tree at other times? Yes. Whenever you need to feel your roots sinking down into the earth. Feel the strength within your core. Feel the lifting of your crown and know that no matter what happens on the outside, you are this tree and have this strength. ____________ Tamara Kinoshita is guided by a clear set of values: empathy, strong communication, thoughtful challenge, efficiency, knowledge, community, trustworthiness, and whole-being health. • Hug Yourself - Luckygirl Bodywork Guided Imagery Collaboration with Tamara Kino
    Jan 14 2026
Guided Imagery Begin by settling in allowing your body to be comfortable and at ease. Connecting to the breath in whatever way is useful to you today. Feeling your body move as you bring in the inhale and as you release the exhale. Finding some comfort in the rhythm of the breath. The constant reminder that the present moment is always happening. And as you close your eyes, bringing to mind someone or something that you feel loving and kind and compassionate towards. It might be somebody you know or somebody who's no longer alive. Might even be a fictional character. Just bringing to mind someone that you feel love towards. A kind, compassionate, genuine, joyful love. allowing the corners of your mouth and your eyes to gently turn up. As you think about them, allow your face to express joy and happiness. At the same time, noticing if there are different aspects of that love, maybe a clinging or a condition. And if so, perhaps finding a different object, a different person, even something like a fuzzy bunny or a little kitten, and imagining that you are holding or hugging this person, feeling our arms wrap around them. Feeling their body sink into yours with ease, softness, and through your touch, through the warmth of yourself, you are sending love, compassion, and safety through your embrace. Noticing the feelings that you have inside of you as you send this love to this person. As you gently envelop them with your love, with your protection. Saying gratitude to them for being here with you in this visualization, of happiness and joy, and allow them to gently disappear and fade away from your attention. In your awareness once more. It may be somebody who is not real. That's okay. Maybe it's a spiritual guide or an angel or just somebody imaginary. If you imagine somebody who loves you unconditionally, allowing this person in your mind to intently hold you, hug you, surround you with their kind and warm loving embrace. Maybe you can feel yourself sinking into them, your head gently resting on them, feeling their heart beating and the rhythm of their breath and allow that to bring comfort to you. Maybe they are saying some kind comforting words, gently stroking your hair, rubbing your back. Allow them to offer you empathy and allow yourself to receive it. Soften into it. Give yourself permission to have and receive empathy expressed towards you. And give yourself permission to sit in the compassion and allow yourself to enjoy it. to find comfort in it. Allow yourself to release and just breathe with the sensations. Making this visualization as vivid in your mind and your body and all of your senses as possible. Allowing your body to take the shape of being embraced. Imagining the sights and the smells, the textures. allowing your mind to fully take in the experience. Let yourself heal. And you may sit this way for as long as you need. When you're done sending gratitude to your benevolent being, for their comfort, for their energy, saying gratitude to yourself for taking these few minutes to give yourself compassion, care, and the attention that you definitely definitely deserve.
