Guided Imagery As you settle into meditation, allowing your body to take on a seat of strength and power. Feeling your spine become more elongated and erect. Feeling your chest rise in pride and accomplishment. As you breathe in, feeling strength coming into your lungs. And as you softly close your eyes, at the same time allowing a sense of ease to cover your face, to drop through your shoulders. Noticing that both power and ease can happen at the same time. beginning to purposefully being bring in that sense of strength and empowerment. Feeling a sensation growing in your muscles of strength. evoking images of yourself standing in a powerful stance. Knowing that while you do this, the center of your brain releases dopamine and norepinephrine as it prepares you for arousal. and allowing yourself to feel good about this. Saying softly to yourself or within your own head positive things about your strength. Saying, "I'm feeling strong. It is good to be strong. Strength is positive. I am feeling strong. It feels so good to be strong. And noticing while you do these things, other thoughts might wander in. Noticing if they are strong thoughts, if they are doubting thoughts. Noticing if you have comments that you are making to yourself. And if any of these are self-doubting, self-deprecating thoughts, acknowledge that they're here and let them ease their way out. soften them in the background and evoke once more feelings of strength, confidence, and acceptance. I am strong. It is good for me to be strong. My strength helps me do good things. I have the right to be strong. I am worthy of this strength. I deserve to feel strong. I am feeling strong. Allowing your body to feel this strength. Feel grounded in the earth lifting towards the universe. Every part of you is strong. And this strength helps you move closer to your intentions. This strength helps you act in ways that you want to act. This strength continues to build your confidence and your self-love. I am feeling strong. Breathing it in. I am feeling strong. As you go about your day, continue to bring in this sense of strength. And when you do so, link it and attach it to a positive statement. a positive image of you standing strong and knowing that standing behind you are your friends, your family, your angels, your protectors.
