Welcome back, and Happy New Year! It’s important to realign yourself after a long break or holiday and make sure your actions are in line with your business and personal goals.  In this episode we look at:

• Getting reset after kids go back to school.  Diarise work and personal for balance and to meet your goals.

• Coming back from holidays and out of routine to get back into a good solid rhythm, includes structure, accountability especially at the start of a new year.

• How has your year started, have you set yourself up for success in 2024?

• What goals have you set for yourself this year, have you set them up in your diary, have you put measures in place to achieve these goals and who are you accountable too?

• If you don’t have constant reminders or some accountability you really will struggle to achieve your goals.

• Personal and work calendars aligned so you don’t miss things.

• Setting time to do the most important things like working on your business rather than in your business.

To live a balanced life and meet your work and home goals perhaps consider:

• Planned Networking.

• Scheduling mini planning days.

• Book your holidays in advance and something to look forward to.

• Getting yourself up into a routine for work and home.

• How will you look after yourself?  Is it the gym, yoga, pilates, regular walk - book it in and commit.

• Perhaps engage a cleaner.

• Quality time with your family.

• Tamara and Elaine share what they have implemented to help them achieve their goals as well as be accountable for their responsibilities results.
