Which means taking the steps to reclaim your life and begin your true healing from the chains of trauma.

Fear can control our actions, emotions, and thoughts, and limit how far we can excel in life. However, it doesn't have to be the boss of us. Krystal Jae shares five effective and essential steps to help us conquer our fears and move forward with life. 


    Firstly, we need to acknowledge our fears and identify what we are fearful of and why. This can be a difficult and uncomfortable process, but it is essential to understanding our fears and how they impact us. Once we have acknowledged our fears, we can begin to take action to overcome them. 


    Secondly, we need to recognize our own excuses and challenge them by asking ourselves tough questions. Excuses are simply our own limiting beliefs that hold us back from taking action. 


    Thirdly, we need to focus on what is in our control. When we concentrate on what is in our control, we empower ourselves to take action and make changes that will lead to our desired outcome. 


    Fourthly, we need to adopt a growth mindset. This means embracing challenges, learning from failures, and persevering in the face of obstacles. 


    Finally, we need to believe in ourselves. Believing in ourselves is the key to unlocking our potential and achieving our goals. By following these essential steps, we can break free from trauma and the limitations that it leaves behind and live our most authentic empowered lives. 


    So, let's break free from fear and start living our most authentic empowered lives, shall we?
