    - Breath work (serotonin and internal oxytocin boost) 
    - Ice bath (dopamine and endorphin boost)

  • 14 - Stop comparing your hardships to others, what you feel is valid.

    Hey legend. 

    This episode I talk about how we often as humans don't allow ourselves and our feelings to be valid because we tell ourselves that someone else has it worse so you block yourself from feeling and leaning into your emotions. I want to be here and let you know that what you feel is completely valid and you're allowed to feel it. At the end of the day there is always going to be someone with a better or worse story than you so don't let that be a determining factor to push aside the way you feel. 

    The best thing to do if you feel a certain way is to lean in, be vulnerable and express it. 

    I also talk about self awareness in this episode and how powerful it can be.

  • 13 - Allow yourself to be a beginner

    Allowing yourself to be open to be a beginner, take on feedback and being able to know its okay to stuff up sometimes is a very critical way in order for you to grow and become better. Taking on feedback can be hard and the ego tends to strike in and make you become defensive or make you feel like you aren't good enough but put that bad boy in the bin and remember its okay to not be perfect as long as you learn from your mistakes and continue to strive to improve.

  • BREATH WORK PROTOCOL - sleep assistance

    By listening you will learn a Breathwork protocol to assist you in getting a deeper sleep and falling asleep faster. Once you have picked up the pattern you will be able to facilitate yourself through this process each night to get you off to sleep quicker and deeper.

    I love using this protocol on myself.  Always ensure you are fully focused on your breath and drive the breath from the bottom of your belly. 
    Inhale always through your nose. 
    Exhale can be done through your mouth or nose (whichever feels more comfortable)

    1.Inhale 4s
    2. Exhale 8s
    3. repeat steps 1 & 2 for 4-5rounds
    4. Deep breath in and out 
    5. Sub maximal breath hold (about 15-20s)
    6. Repeat whole process until you fall asleep or feel drowsy

    This weeks episode we explore how you actually have more time in your life than you think. We get so caught up and overwhelmed with the tasks we have which makes us waste time thinking and not taking action. Set time, make an audit see where you can utilise your time best and allow yourself to know that you do have more time than you think when you set it out. 

    Set a timer, complete the task at hand and don't get distracted until that timer is up.
