    This episode Dayna explores and explains her new Sunday sessions called The Morning DOSE. TMD is a session for our community to reset, rejuvenate and feel good via the boost of our 'happy' chemicals (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins). 

    What does the morning DOSE include?
    - Stretch (dopamine boost) 
    - Breath work (serotonin and internal oxytocin boost) 
    - Ice bath (dopamine and endorphin boost)
    These sessions will be held outside in nature by the lake (boosts serotonin)
