    When you make an assumption, you tell yourself that something is true without actually having any evidence that it is. Assumptions lead to opinions. Opinions when held long enough lead to judgement. Judgements keep us stuck. We end up setting in stone - what we think of ourselves, think of someone or think of a situation. There is no scope for any change in perspective, because we have locked ourselves in, believing what we feel is the absolute truth. And remember, it all started with an assumption - something you believe to be true, without having any evidence to prove it.   • The Power of Words

    Our words are the gateway to our thoughts. They manifest their power by creating our reality and casting spells on us.


    Sidra Jafri says - Just by changing the words you use to construct your thoughts completely transforms your intention and therefore the results; and this little profound truth can change your entire being.

    Can you think of those moments in your life when you were told things like you are not pretty, too tall, too fat, you are shy, you are an introvert, too naive, not smart enough, not r not intelligent enough, and at other times did you hear words like you are beautiful, you are brilliant, you are perfect. We also cast spells on ourselves by saying I am busy, I am stressed, I am depressed and so on.

    When words are uplifting they cast spells of pure magic on you and when words are criticizing in nature they cast a spell of black magic on you. These spells become part of your reality by becoming your ‘I am’ statements as you grow up. ‘I am’ are the two most powerful words because whatever you say after I am, becomes your reality. And more often than not, these ‘I am’ statements come from ‘You are’ statements - the many labels people gave you as you were growing up or as you go about life even today.

    Through such examples you see how words cast a spell on you and change your reality. It makes you by casting a spell of pure magic or breaks you by casting a spell of black magic. Just as it does to those around you. So now the question is how do you consciously use the power of words to create a life that is happy and fulfilling? There is one simple way to do it - Become impeccable with your word - both with others and yourself.


    This guided meditation will help you break all the old spells under which you are operating, cleanse the soil of your mind, make it fertile to receive words of love and consciously sow the seeds of words that are inspiring and uplifting.

  • The Journey Of Beliefs

    Our belief system develops over our lifetime, through the different phases we go through. From absorbing and accepting what is given to us in our growing up years - by the time you are an adult, you automatically operate from these beliefs of right and wrong, good and bad, using judgement to navigate through life, situations and relationships. These are beliefs you picked up while growing up, now they are yours, whether you agree with them or not. Our belief system is the Book of Law that rules our personal life. All these laws exist in our mind, we believe them, and the Judge inside us bases everything on these rules, even if they don't match our true feelings. Whenever we do something that goes against the rulebook, the judge punishes us. Another part of our mind, called the victim, accepts this judgement and believes that we're not good enough.

    Sidra says When something in our life is not working, it is usually our belief around that situation that needs attention. She invites us to explore our belief system with this new awareness and shed those that don’t make us feel true to ourselves.

    Also we need to understand that as humans we have evolved over generations. Our ancestors did what was right in their time. But now times have changed so it's our job to update our actions, beliefs and practices and align them with our current timeline in order to live a life of ease and grace.

    Through this guided meditation you will find a safe space that will help you shed those beliefs you no longer resonate with and replace them with the ones you want. We will also cleanse and upgrade our internal book of law, so we can live a lighter life on many levels.

  • Understanding and Dissolving Anger

    Anger - the one emotion we've been taught to suppress all along, because it seems inacceptable to express anger. Suppressed anger is when you know you are angry but choose to keep quiet without expressing it, for various reasons. However repressed anger runs a lot deeper, and actually doesn’t allow you to realise you are angry at all in the first place. This is when you are in denial of the emotion of anger. Whether it is suppressed or repressed - either way, both these forms of anger don’t serve us well.

    Sidra says - We need to give ourselves the permission to experience a full range of emotions, even the negative ones, so that they don't cause bigger problems for us in the future. She says the best way to deal with anger is to learn to make peace with issues. Making peace with situations will allow you to acknowledge the situations as they are, you can either do something about them or accept them as they are.

    Through this guided meditation we can address our anger in a safe space. We will communicate with clarity our words to let go of suppressed anger. To address our repressed anger we will make peace with issues that will allow us to acknowledge the situations as they are. You may choose to either do something about it or accept them for what they are.
