• Episode 7: Let’s Talk About the Human Body
    Feb 17 2026

Why does the mind drift into negativity, and what would change if you saw your body and mind as tools for experiencing life in its fullest expression? This episode explores how intention shapes your inner world and how consciously directing your thoughts can guide you toward clarity, peace, and higher awareness.

When you use your mind with purpose, it becomes a gateway to joy, connection, and deeper self‑understanding. Yet the same mind that can elevate you can also pull you into fear and limitation and that contrast exists for a reason. Without the negative thoughts, enlightenment would hold no meaning. In this conversation, we look at how the mind leads all your experiences and how choosing compassion, love, and conscious awareness can transform your life.

You already hold everything you need within you; this episode helps you remember that truth.

    OPTIONAL ACTIVITY:

    1. Take a moment to write down any negative emotions you've recently felt—such as anger, sadness, frustration, or fear. Now, beside each one, write down its opposite positive emotion (For example, if you felt anxious, the opposite might be calm). Notice the contrast. Can you imagine how different your experience might have been if you looked towards a positive emotion instead?
    2. Think about a specific situation. Is there a way to reframe it by focusing on the positive aspects? How does it feel to shift your perspective?

  • Episode 6: Let’s Talk About Kindness
    Feb 10 2026

What if we looked beyond appearances and recognized each person as a soul with purpose? What if we treated each other with kindness, rather than judgement?

In this episode, we look into the deeper meaning of kindness, what it is, why it matters, and how it can reshape the way we move through the world.

Kindness isn’t just a gesture; it’s a way of seeing others with love and compassion. It’s a way to soften our reactions and to deepen our connections. The energy we share becomes a force for collective well‑being. Trisha explores how acknowledging one another’s contributions to the world affirms our own humanity and reminds us that we’re all connected. What’s good for one truly becomes good for all.

    OPTIONAL ACTIVITY:

Sketch yourself in the middle of a blank page. This represents your core self. Around your image, draw the people in your life who bring you joy, support, and encouragement—family, friends, mentors, etc.

Draw lines between you and each person to represent the flow of positive energy. Use arrows or colors to show mutual exchange and how you give and receive support. As you draw, think about how each relationship contributes to your emotional, mental, or physical well-being.

  • Episode 4: Let’s Talk About the Universe and How It’s Connected to You
    Jan 27 2026

What if you began to see yourself as part of something much bigger, rather than separate from it?

In this episode, we explore the deep and often unseen connection between you and all living things. When you shift your perspective from the individual self to the greater whole, your understanding of life, purpose, and belonging begins to expand.

This talk invites you to reflect on how interconnected everything truly is from the air you breathe to the people you encounter each day. With this awareness, feelings of isolation can often soften, making space for compassion, care, and a deeper sense of responsibility toward yourself, others, and the world around you.

As you recognize your place within the greater universe, you may find it easier to move through life with intention, kindness, and trust knowing that you are supported, connected, and never alone.

    Self-Reflection Questions

    • Spend an hour noticing all that you encounter. Can you see how much you are dependent on all living things?

    • Become aware of someone or any living thing in need of support. How can you help? Notice how it made you feel. Notice how it made them feel.

  • Episode 3: Let's Talk About Energy
    Jan 20 2026

What is energy—and how does it shape the way you move through the world?

In this episode, we explore the idea that your thoughts, emotions, actions, and even your presence carry energy. When your thoughts turn negative or reactive, your energy becomes depleted. When they are rooted in awareness, compassion, and love, balance is restored.

This talk invites you to imagine yourself as an energetic center—an ever-shifting vibration that responds to how you think, feel, and act. By recognizing when your energy is out of balance, you can gently bring yourself back into alignment through mindfulness, kindness toward your body, and forgiveness toward yourself.

Understanding energy is essential to understanding both yourself and others. As you tune into your own energetic state, you may find yourself moving through life with greater calm, stability, and intention—aware of the impact you have simply by being.

    Self-Reflection Questions

    • Think about how others might feel when you enter a room. What kind of energy do you emit?

    • What thoughts or emotions tend to drain your energy most?

    • How might your life shift if you paid attention to how your body and mind react to the energy in various social or emotional situations?

This talk invites you to slow down, observe your inner world, and notice how clarity emerges when you listen to your soul rather than the mind’s constant noise. Through inner reflection, you’ll be encouraged to question your experiences, understand your reactions, and recognize your connection to all living things. With this awareness comes acceptance, peace, and the freedom to move through life guided by joy rather than fear.

This concept builds upon the foundation of self-awareness and understanding that enlightenment is not something to rush toward or “figure out,” but something that develops through curiosity, openness, and trust in your inner knowing.
