Great meditation practice

Another great guided meditation from the master Jon Kabat-Zinn. It's a shame that it does get cut a bit at the end.

Meditation for optimum health

I am a huge Jon Kabat Zinn fan. This is a great introduction into meditation especially if suffering from pain

Suggestion

In this recording, John kabat-zinn takes you into a deep state of mind. However, the voice after it takes out immediately. Please remove it or replace it with further relaxing music.

Alivio del dolor

Este audiolibro me ayudó mucho cuando tuve una hernia. Pasé muchas horas en cama, eso me generaba estrés y malestar, pero este apoyo fue fundamental para aceptar mi dolor y avanzar con mi vida.
