Ich verlange und erwarte nicht, dass man die höchst seltsame und doch einfache Geschichte, die ich hier niederschreiben will, glaubt. Es wäre auch töricht, dies zu tun, denn ich selbst vermag dem Zeugnis meiner Sinne kaum zu trauen. Doch bin ich weder wahnsinnig noch habe ich geträumt.
