  • People often look forward to what is going to happen in the future. We set goals and do the things that will get us to achieve those dreams. On the other hand, we sometimes get stuck in the past. We do everything just not to be in that bad situation again. We are just so good at thinking about the past and the future.

    What we often forget is the most important thing to focus on. A gift that is given to us every single waking day-- The present. We make so many judgments because of our past and we set so many expectations for our future that we forget to live in the present. We forget to be mindful. We forget to appreciate the little things of the moment.  

    However, today is not too late to bring that mindfulness back and awaken the deeper kind of love we’ve always had to give to ourselves and others.

    In this episode, I discuss what mindfulness means, how it can awaken your capacity to love, and how it starts within yourselves.
