Gennadiy Mirochnik is an entrepreneur who’s been starting and running family businesses for nearly three decades.

Born in Ukraine in the final years of the Soviet Union, he grew up through regime change and economic collapse, and began earning money as a child to help his family survive. Alongside his brother and father, he launched the family's first businesses before they achieved their dream of immigrating to the United States together, where he's been pursuing the American dream ever since.

After years of challenges and burnout, Genna came to a hard realization: that self-employment can quietly become self-imprisonment, and that life holds far more meaning than work alone. That insight sparked a complete shift in how he sees his purpose, today devoting his life to his family, his community, and to his faith.

Aaron Newman is an entrepreneur, explorer, and veteran who brings together business acumen, technological innovation, and a passion for discovery.
