Vlad Mirochnik is a Rochester, New York based entrepreneur, real estate investor, developer, property manager, and commercial real estate advisor who’s been building businesses since his teens.
Today, he’s a co-founder and partner in multiple companies, with a growing real estate portfolio spanning multifamily housing, commercial office, mixed-use development, and Main Street revitalization in Rochester, Macedon and East Rochester NY.
Much of his career has been built upon a philosophy centered on creative partnerships, disciplined operations, and using real estate as a tool to improve neighborhoods and create lasting local businesses and communities.
