  • How to Grow Your Business Without Sacrificing Your Life
    Jun 25 2026

Most men who follow my stuff want more.

    More money.
    More time.
    More freedom.
    More choices.
    More options.
    More respect.

    But here's the problem…

Most men started their business to build a better life, but somewhere along the way, that business stopped being a vehicle for freedom and started becoming a prison.

You didn't start your business to work 60, 70, 80 hours a week.
You didn't start it to miss your kids' bedtime.
You didn't start it to give up your hobbies.
You didn't start it to be checking your phone on holiday.

So the real question isn't "how's the business doing?"

    It's this:

Is your business still doing what you started it for?

In this episode, I break down the framework I use inside my programs and in my own life: the 5 Fs.

    The 5 Fs:
    Focus
    Fitness
    Family
    Finance
    Fun

Because having it all isn't just about getting more.
It's about building a business that takes you somewhere instead of one that locks you in.

I also talk about why your business is a reflection of your capacity to handle more. More pressure, more rejection, more criticism, more clients, more opportunities, more setbacks, more uncertainty and more risk.

If your business has been stuck at the same level for 18 months, maybe it's not a marketing problem. Maybe it's not a sales problem. Maybe it's a capacity problem.

    What I cover:
Why your business may have quietly stolen the life it was meant to build
Why most men become one-dimensional in business
How neglecting health, family, mindset and fun eventually catches up
Why focus, fitness, family and fun are not competing with your business
How those areas actually support your business growth
The "five-spoked wheel" concept for real momentum
Why your strongest area can still hit a ceiling if the others are ignored
The Savage Question: "How do I ____ without ____?"
Why you keep setting goals and stopping
How fear of losing something keeps you stuck
Why putting skin in the game creates accountability and follow-through

If you want to grow your business without losing your health, your marriage, your energy, your family life or your head…

    This one's for you.

  • How to Use Hate Comments to Grow Your Business
    Jun 18 2026

If you're scared of putting your opinion online because someone might criticise you, this episode is for you.

Last week, I had a few people lose their heads on Facebook. One bloke unfollowed me because he'd "had enough" of my anti-alcohol posts. Another asked for help, got a reply, then went from zero to 100 and called me a leech.

A few years ago, comments like that would have ruined my day. I'd reply angry, delete it, write another reply, think about it all day, and sometimes even post safer content the next day.

    Now?

    I use it.

Because criticism is not the problem. Being invisible is the problem.

In this episode, I break down how to turn trolls, criticism, and haters into reach, engagement, content, conversations, and clients.

    What I cover:

Why hate is the cost of entry if you want visibility online
Why criticism often means you're saying something worth disagreeing with
Why it's never really about you
The line I learned years ago: dogs don't bark at parked cars
Why I don't take advice from anyone I wouldn't swap places with
How my best content often comes from critics
The economics of hate: criticism equals engagement, engagement equals reach, reach equals more eyes, and more eyes can equal more clients
The tactics I use: mock the leaving, make it weird, use the algorithm against them, and let the audience do the work
    Why I don't reply when I'm angry, and why I use a 24-hour rule
Why I don't block, delete, or mute criticism when it can boost the post instead

If your content gets criticism, congratulations. You're in the arena. You're visible. And visible makes money.

Your move: find your worst comment from this week, post it, thank them, and watch what happens to your reach.

  • Dopamine Burnout: Why You Feel Flat, Cynical, and Over It
    Jun 11 2026

This episode is about burnout, but not the "I'm physically exhausted" kind.
I'm talking about what I see as an epidemic in entrepreneurs: mental burnout, dopamine burnout.

    It looks like this:
    You're tired but wired.
You're too tired to do real work, but too wired to relax, so you scroll.
You're on your phone, resenting messages, resenting being needed, sometimes even resenting the people around you for "distracting" you from it.

That's not laziness. That's burnout creeping in.

What I cover in this episode
    - The difference between physical burnout and mental burnout
    - Why dopamine isn't "the pleasure chemical" but the drive, focus, motivation chemical
    - Why dopamine fires on anticipation and why your phone is so addictive (check, scroll, check, scroll)
    - How "cheap hits" flatten your baseline dopamine so real work starts to feel boring, heavy, and pointless
    - Why entrepreneurs are extra exposed to this, because we're wired for novelty and the chase
    - The "shit zone" where you're not working and you're not resting, so you get the benefit of neither
    - What real recovery looks like for me, and the difference between deliberate recovery vs default scrolling
    - How misaligned values can drain you when you're forcing yourself to do things you hate

    The 3-step fix I share
    1. Win the bookends: phone out of the room in the morning and off in the last hour at night
    2. Kill the shit zone: choose work or choose recovery, don't sit in the middle
    3. Guard your fuel: protect recovery like it's a client meeting

And the question I want you to sit with:
Could you keep running at this pace for the next three years?

  • How Ditching My Phone Transformed My Business
    Jun 4 2026

I've just had a week off in the Lake District, and for the first time ever, two things happened while I was away:

    The business ran without me
A program sold out without me

I've been the "no phone on holiday" guy for years, but this is the episode where I explain why it matters, what it forces you to fix in your business, and how to do it (with or without a team).

Here's the uncomfortable truth: if you need to check your phone on holiday, you don't have freedom… you have a need for control. And you can't have freedom and control at the same time.

    In this episode, I cover:

👉🏼Why being "available all the time" is chaos, and you can't scale chaos
👉🏼Why you can't scale YOU, you can only scale systems
👉🏼The real reasons people won't switch off (guilt, fear, and liking being needed)
👉🏼The mindset shift that changed it all: "The more valuable you are to your business, the less valuable your business is"
👉🏼What I actually do now: delete the apps, lock myself out, keep the phone for maps/photos/whoop, and remove the safety net
👉🏼My priority stack before a holiday: paying clients first, marketing must still happen, everything else can wait
👉🏼How it runs without you: the team handles decisions, automation handles repetition (out of office, scheduled posts/emails, autoresponders, ManyChat)
👉🏼The simple pre-holiday plan: meeting, day-by-day plan, "what could go wrong" plan, task delegation (Asana), then switch off

If you want your business to grow without eating your life, this is one of the cleanest tests you can run.

  • The Revenue Expansion Formula: 3 Lanes Most Business Owners Miss
    May 28 2026

Most business owners only run one of the 3 lanes that grow a business.

    That's why they're stuck.

In this video, I break down The Revenue Expansion Formula: the 3-lane system I'm using to add £589,000 to my business this year without a single new lead.

Same business. Same audience. Same offer.

Just a different way of running it.

    THE 3 LANES:

A · ACQUIRE - getting in front of new people (the lane everyone obsesses over)

E · EXTRACT - getting existing customers to spend more (where the fast money lives)

K · KEEP - getting customers to stay longer (where the compound money lives)

Most business owners pour everything into Acquire. The fastest money almost always lives in the other two.

If you've been spending on ads, building funnels, chasing leads, and the needle still isn't moving, this is the video.

    ⏱ CHAPTERS:

00:00 The lie every business owner believes

    01:30 The Revenue Expansion Formula

03:00 A — Acquire (the lane you already know)

04:30 E — Extract (where the fast money lives)

07:00 The maths that'll change your year

08:30 K — Keep (the lane nobody talks about)

    10:00 Where's your leak?

11:00 What I'm actually doing (+£589k this year)

12:30 Three moves you can make this week

    14:00 Close

🔑 KEY LINES FROM THE VIDEO:

"The money you want is already inside your business."

"Most businesses sell one thing once."

    "Memory isn't a system."

"Your first sale should be the start of the relationship."

    WANT THE FULL SYSTEM?

The audit, the plays, the maths workshop, and the brotherhood of men actually installing this - that all lives inside Unstoppable Mansformation.

  • 25 Years in Business: Ask Me Anything (Marketing, Hiring, Mistakes, Money)
    May 21 2026

This episode is an old-school Ask Me Anything. I used to do live Q&As all the time, and I haven't done one for years.
    So I asked:
"If you could ask me anything from my 25 years in business, what would you ask?"

The questions that came in were class. We cover marketing, selling, hiring, mistakes, freedom, starting from scratch, staying solo vs expanding, and what I'd do differently if I were starting again today.

What I answer in this episode:
👉🏼What should a complete beginner focus on?
👉🏼Do I ever think it would be mint to go back to the old bootcamp days for a laugh?
👉🏼What's the best thing about owning your own business and being your own boss? What's the worst and hardest?
👉🏼What's the biggest mistake you learned from and turned into a positive?
👉🏼What's been the best decision you've made, and how did you know it was the right one?
👉🏼How do you keep going when everything turns to shit in business?
👉🏼What if you have an idea for a business but you don't have the capital to start?
👉🏼What basic qualifications do you look for as an employer?
👉🏼What's the one thing you wish you had known then that you know now?
👉🏼Do you expand or stay solo?
👉🏼Out of all the "headline" habits like journaling, meditating, exercise, and planning, which one would I focus on to drive business?
👉🏼One business at 100% or multiple businesses at 80%?
👉🏼If I started tomorrow, what's the first thing I'd make sure is there above all else, with today's tech and media?

If you want me to do more episodes like this, drop a comment with the question you'd ask me next time.

  • Your Business is Stuck Because of Your Nervous System (Not Your Funnel)
    May 14 2026

Today I'm talking mindset, the serious stuff.
We're talking brain chemistry for business and why your business is a reflection of your capacity. Your capacity to handle pressure, self-doubt, criticism, rejection, overwhelm, people, and the emotions that come with all of it.

Most people think they need a new funnel, a new offer, better ads, better content, better scripts, better routines. Sometimes, yes.
But for most business owners, it only "works" for a few weeks… then you're back to stalled, snappy, stressed, maxed out. Why? Because you fixed the strategy, but didn't expand capacity.

Here's the line I want you to remember:
Your business will only ever grow to the level you can handle. The level your nervous system can handle.

    The chain that runs everything

    - Results come from behaviours.
    - Behaviours come from feelings.
    - Feelings come from brain chemistry.
    - Brain chemistry comes from attention.
    - Attention comes from the questions you ask yourself all day.

If you don't take conscious control of your attention, your brain runs a negative autopilot and scans for threat. The threat list is different now, but the wiring is the same.

The 4 loops most business owners live in
    - Stress loop (cortisol/adrenaline): checking everything, jumping tasks, snapping, over-explaining, blaming time.
    - Apathy loop (dopamine flatline): scrolling, ghosting leads, pushing everything to tomorrow, nothing finished.
    - Growth loop (dopamine/serotonin): clear, motivated, bold decisions, criticism doesn't stick, habits on point.
    - Happiness/joy loop (serotonin/oxytocin): calm, confident, connected, present, resilient, unstoppable.

    Default questions vs design questions

Most people run on default questions like "What if it doesn't work?" "Why am I so behind?" "Why aren't the sales coming in?" "What's the point?" and it triggers stress or apathy.
Design questions change the chemistry and expand capacity.

Here are some of the design questions I use:

    - What am I proud of from yesterday?
    - What was my biggest win from yesterday?
    - What would make today a win?
    - What uncomfortable action will I take today?
    - What's one move that will grow my revenue this week?
    - What's one thing in my life I'm lucky to have but often overlook?

    Homework

Tomorrow morning, before your phone, before the news, before you even make a coffee, pick ONE question and answer it. Do that for a week and watch what happens to your clarity, confidence, and output.

  • How to Recover From a Bad Week Without Starting Over
    May 7 2026

If you set goals, smash them for a few days (or two weeks)… and then they die by Valentine's Day, this is for you.

Most business owners think they've got a goal problem. I don't.
I think you've got a stopping problem, you keep starting… then stopping… then starting again.

In this episode, I break down why you quit right before the payoff, and the "cheat code" I use so I never miss more than once.

    What I cover
January Man: two weeks of beast mode, one slip, then "I'll restart Monday"

The Lag Effect (from The 12 Week Year): your results today are an artefact of previous behaviour

Why silence, crickets, no movement, no sales, isn't failure, it's the price of admission

The trap of all-or-nothing (sounds tough, really means you quit when it's inconvenient)

Minimum Effective Dose: the smallest thing that still counts, your floor, not your ceiling

Never miss twice: one miss is human, two misses is a pattern, three misses is a quit

Next Action: stop carrying the last mistake and "play the next ball" (I tell a story about Sunderland/Newcastle and Luke O'Nien's "NA" rule)

    HOMEWORK:
Pick ONE thing you keep starting and stopping (posting, emails, sales calls, training, journaling, DMs).

    Write down:
    Your maximum version (perfect Tuesday)
Your minimum version (the smallest version that still counts when life is chaos)

Then live by the rule: minimum effective dose + never miss twice.
