  • How to Grow Your Business Without Sacrificing Your Life
    Jun 25 2026

Most men who follow my stuff want more.

    More money.
    More time.
    More freedom.
    More choices.
    More options.
    More respect.

    But here's the problem…

Most men started their business to build a better life, but somewhere along the way, that business stopped being a vehicle for freedom and started becoming a prison.

You didn't start your business to work 60, 70, 80 hours a week.
You didn't start it to miss your kids' bedtime.
You didn't start it to give up your hobbies.
You didn't start it to be checking your phone on holiday.

So the real question isn't "how's the business doing?"

    It's this:

Is your business still doing what you started it for?

In this episode, I break down the framework I use inside my programs and in my own life: the 5 Fs.

    The 5 Fs:
    Focus
    Fitness
    Family
    Finance
    Fun

Because having it all isn't just about getting more.
It's about building a business that takes you somewhere instead of one that locks you in.

I also talk about why your business is a reflection of your capacity to handle more. More pressure, more rejection, more criticism, more clients, more opportunities, more setbacks, more uncertainty and more risk.

If your business has been stuck at the same level for 18 months, maybe it's not a marketing problem. Maybe it's not a sales problem. Maybe it's a capacity problem.

    What I cover:
Why your business may have quietly stolen the life it was meant to build
Why most men become one-dimensional in business
How neglecting health, family, mindset and fun eventually catches up
Why focus, fitness, family and fun are not competing with your business
How those areas actually support your business growth
The "five-spoked wheel" concept for real momentum
Why your strongest area can still hit a ceiling if the others are ignored
The Savage Question: "How do I ____ without ____?"
Why you keep setting goals and stopping
How fear of losing something keeps you stuck
Why putting skin in the game creates accountability and follow-through

If you want to grow your business without losing your health, your marriage, your energy, your family life or your head…

    This one's for you.

  • How to Use Hate Comments to Grow Your Business
    Jun 18 2026

If you're scared of putting your opinion online because someone might criticise you, this episode is for you.

Last week, I had a few people lose their heads on Facebook. One bloke unfollowed me because he'd "had enough" of my anti-alcohol posts. Another asked for help, got a reply, then went from zero to 100 and called me a leech.

A few years ago, comments like that would have ruined my day. I'd reply angry, delete it, write another reply, think about it all day, and sometimes even post safer content the next day.

    Now?

    I use it.

Because criticism is not the problem. Being invisible is the problem.

In this episode, I break down how to turn trolls, criticism, and haters into reach, engagement, content, conversations, and clients.

    What I cover:

Why hate is the cost of entry if you want visibility online
Why criticism often means you're saying something worth disagreeing with
Why it's never really about you
The line I learned years ago: dogs don't bark at parked cars
Why I don't take advice from anyone I wouldn't swap places with
How my best content often comes from critics
The economics of hate: criticism equals engagement, engagement equals reach, reach equals more eyes, and more eyes can equal more clients
The tactics I use: mock the leaving, make it weird, use the algorithm against them, and let the audience do the work
    Why I don't reply when I'm angry, and why I use a 24-hour rule
Why I don't block, delete, or mute criticism when it can boost the post instead

If your content gets criticism, congratulations. You're in the arena. You're visible. And visible makes money.

Your move: find your worst comment from this week, post it, thank them, and watch what happens to your reach.

  • Dopamine Burnout: Why You Feel Flat, Cynical, and Over It
    Jun 11 2026

This episode is about burnout, but not the "I'm physically exhausted" kind.
I'm talking about what I see as an epidemic in entrepreneurs: mental burnout, dopamine burnout.

    It looks like this:
    You're tired but wired.
You're too tired to do real work, but too wired to relax, so you scroll.
You're on your phone, resenting messages, resenting being needed, sometimes even resenting the people around you for "distracting" you from it.

That's not laziness. That's burnout creeping in.

What I cover in this episode
    - The difference between physical burnout and mental burnout
    - Why dopamine isn't "the pleasure chemical" but the drive, focus, motivation chemical
    - Why dopamine fires on anticipation and why your phone is so addictive (check, scroll, check, scroll)
    - How "cheap hits" flatten your baseline dopamine so real work starts to feel boring, heavy, and pointless
    - Why entrepreneurs are extra exposed to this, because we're wired for novelty and the chase
    - The "shit zone" where you're not working and you're not resting, so you get the benefit of neither
    - What real recovery looks like for me, and the difference between deliberate recovery vs default scrolling
    - How misaligned values can drain you when you're forcing yourself to do things you hate

    The 3-step fix I share
    1. Win the bookends: phone out of the room in the morning and off in the last hour at night
    2. Kill the shit zone: choose work or choose recovery, don't sit in the middle
    3. Guard your fuel: protect recovery like it's a client meeting

And the question I want you to sit with:
Could you keep running at this pace for the next three years?
