    In this podcast, I am talking about how long it takes to do a nutritional assessment. What questions are asked in a nutritional assessment and how that affects the body in so many ways based off the questions that are asked. This helps the nutritionist determine what healthy lifestyle changes need to be made for this patient. What foods need to be completely eliminated, alternated, and increased this process can take up to two maybe three hours just depending on the information that is provided from the patient, but this is helpful in order to help them make this healthy lifestyle change that will last them for as long as they want to live.
