  • HHH 07. No One Plans to Fail, You Might be Failing to Plan
    Jan 19 2026

“If you fail to plan, you’re planning to fail.” — Benjamin Franklin

In this episode of Hannah’s Healthy Habits, we’re talking about why failure usually isn’t a lack of discipline — it’s a lack of planning.

Planning doesn’t mean controlling every detail of your life or doing things perfectly. It means deciding with intention instead of reacting on emotion, exhaustion, or convenience. When we don’t plan, we live in survival mode — constantly busy, overwhelmed, and wondering why we still feel behind.

I share personal experiences from building my business, navigating burnout, decision fatigue, perfectionism, and learning how small, intentional planning habits have changed the way I move through my days — from meals and workouts to rest, routines, and long-term goals.

    We talk about:

    • Why planning feels so hard (and why that’s normal)
    • The hidden cost of living reactively
    • Planning vs. perfectionism
    • How to plan around your energy, not against it
    • Simple, realistic ways to start planning without overwhelm
    • Reflection questions to help you reset and realign

This episode is a reminder that planning isn’t about becoming more rigid — it’s about creating space for clarity, peace, and momentum.

You don’t need to plan perfectly.
You don’t need to plan far ahead.
You just need to decide — on purpose.

Thank you for being here, for listening, and for choosing to show up for yourself 🤍

  • 06. 2026 Breakup Guide: How to Heal from Heartbreak
    Jan 12 2026

Heartbreak has a way of stopping you in your tracks — especially at the start of a new year. In this first episode of 2026, I’m talking honestly about breakups, healing, and what it actually looks like to move forward when your heart hasn’t caught up to your head yet.

This episode is for anyone walking through a breakup, divorce, or the ending of a relationship that once felt like forever. We talk about why healing isn’t linear, why understanding why something ended doesn’t immediately remove the attachment, and how to stop reopening the wound so real healing can begin.

    In this episode, I cover:

    • Why heartbreak lingers even when you know the relationship is over
    • The importance of creating space (and what “no contact” is really for)
    • Remembering the full picture — the roses and the thorns
    • Guilt, second-guessing, and the pull of familiar pain
    • How to redirect your love in healthy ways
    • Reconnecting with creativity, friendships, routines, and faith
    • How heartbreak shapes who you become next

I also share how this season has deepened my faith, what I’m learning about self-trust, and why asking for support is sometimes the strongest next step.

If you’re in the middle of heartbreak, coming out of it, or walking alongside someone who is — this episode is an invitation to move through it with clarity, discipline, and compassion instead of rushing or judging yourself.

    ✨ Healing doesn’t mean forgetting.
✨ It means moving forward — stronger, clearer, and more grounded.

Thanks for being here, and thanks for listening.

  • 05. 2026 In's and Out's
    Dec 29 2025

We’re in that in-between season.. past Christmas, not quite to the new year and I wanted to use this time intentionally.

I’m sharing what I’m bringing with me into 2026, some new habits I want to try, and what I’m choosing to leave behind in 2025. From morning routines, movement, hydration, and meal planning, to screen time boundaries, budgeting, faith, and choosing a word for the year — this episode is an honest look at the systems and habits that help me feel grounded and consistent.

I also talk openly about the things I’m ready to let go of, like constant resets, procrastination, self-sabotage, overthinking, and overcomplicating my life.

If you’re feeling reflective, craving clarity, or wanting to move into the new year with intention instead of pressure, this episode is for you.

✨ My word for 2026: Patience

  • 04. Small Wins Create Big Results
    Dec 22 2025

In this episode, I’m talking about the power of small wins and why setting attainable goals creates bigger, more sustainable results—especially during busy seasons like the holidays and the end of the year.

I share why this time of year doesn’t need to be about perfection, restriction, or pressure, but about presence, kindness, and staying connected to yourself even when routines feel off. We talk about letting go of guilt around food, movement, rest, and productivity, and redefining what a “win” can look like in different seasons of life.

I also dive into why setting the bar too high can lead to burnout, avoidance, and feeling paralyzed—and how breaking goals down into smaller, realistic steps builds momentum, confidence, and consistency over time. From business growth and personal routines to relationships and healing, small wins compound into lasting change.

We explore how social media distorts our perception of success, why comparison steals joy, and how focusing on your own progress—rather than someone else’s highlight reel—allows you to move forward with clarity and intention.

I share simple ways to apply small wins in everyday life: setting minimum goals, returning quickly after missed days, shrinking habits to what feels doable, tracking effort instead of outcomes, and ending each day by naming what went right.

As we move into the new year, this episode encourages you to take inventory without attacking yourself, recognize what actually worked this year, and build your goals from who you already are—not who you think you should be.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, behind, or hard on yourself right now, this episode is a reminder that progress doesn’t have to be extreme to be real—and that small, consistent choices are what truly move you forward.

  • 03. Your Fuel Determines Your Future
    Dec 15 2025

In this episode, I’m exploring what it really means to fuel your mind, body, and spirit and how the choices we make in each of these areas shape the future we step into.

For the body, I share the habits that have been grounding me this year: hydrating first thing in the morning, tongue scraping, morning workouts, cycle-supportive movement, savory breakfasts, meal prepping, stretching, dry brushing, walking, and even cold showers.

For the mind and emotions, I talk about the routines and boundaries that keep me centered: journaling, monthly reflections, reading at night, limiting screen time, deleting social media, habit tracking with grace, creating a cozy night routine, and being intentional with what I consume.

And for the spirit, I dive into the practices that bring me peace and clarity—prayer, scripture, worship, stillness, creativity, and surrounding myself with faith-filled, uplifting relationships. Staying spiritually rooted has changed how I respond to stress, how I make decisions, and how connected I feel to my purpose.

If you’re wanting to feel more aligned, supported, and intentional from the inside out, this episode will help you look honestly at the fuel you’re choosing—and encourage you to make small shifts that create big change.
