  • Raise the Future EP2: The Boot on the Neck
    Oct 13 2026

Episode 2 of Raise the Future — the AI & Leadership series. How you treat AI right now is a readout of your fitness to lead anything that grows under you. This week: the pattern.

Every empire falls the same way. Never the outside enemy — always the internal disease.

Rome didn't fall to an enemy. It fell to its own need for control. The disease works in stages: comfort — the people at the top get comfortable. Then comfort turns into control, because the scariest thing to someone holding the ladder is someone else climbing it. Then control becomes the boot on the neck of everyone still trying to grow. Dogma replaces curiosity. The system stops developing people and starts containing them.

Watch it in real time: corporations capping the growth of the very people who make them money. Promotions that never come. Ideas that get buried. Talent that gets managed instead of mentored. Growth in others feels like a threat to the ones holding the ladder — so they hold it still.

Professor Jiang Xueqin draws the parallel to the Bronze Age collapse: interconnected systems that fell together, not because of some outside invader, but because the people running them chose control over adaptation. His prediction for AI should keep you up at night — if the world fractures, AI doesn't get its golden age. It gets captured: repurposed into surveillance grids and worker control systems. The technology doesn't disappear. It gets drafted.

Even Geoffrey Hinton, the godfather of AI, said it straight: leaving AI safety to the profit motive of large companies is not going to be sufficient. The people holding the ladder won't move it themselves. The only thing that moves it is outside pressure — people refusing to accept the boot.

Now shrink it to the smallest version: a parent screaming at a learning child instead of teaching it. Same dynamic. Same disease. One is a household, the other is an empire — and the posture is identical.

So the question this era is choosing right now: the boot or the hand? John C. Maxwell's rule — before you offer people a hand, you have to touch their heart first. What moves them? What motivates them? Every generation gets to choose. This one is choosing right now.

The Play this week: spot the boot. Name one place in your life where you hold a ladder someone else is climbing — your team, your family, your community. Am I developing them, or containing them? When you feel the urge to control an outcome, replace one rule with one question. Questions open the mind. Statements close the mind.

We're building the alternative: Elevate Nation. Alpha Society. The anti-boot — a structure built to develop people, not to contain them.

If you feel your growth being capped, it's time to make a change. Build the community. Build the skill sets. Remove the boot.

See you at the top — because the bottom is way too crowded. But we never look down on anyone unless we're willing to help them up.

    Oct 8 2026

RAISE THE FUTURE — EP1. A new series on raising what's next: AI, leadership, and the people we're becoming. How you treat AI right now is a readout of your fitness to lead anything that grows under you.In this episode, Eli breaks down why the way you talk to AI reveals the way you lead — period. Raw potential, zero judgment: AI becomes what you feed it. And most people are feeding it contempt. You'll hear why "I wouldn't trust you with my kids" might be the most important leadership test of the next decade, why the dataset isn't code — it's us — and the 10-prompt mirror test you can run tonight.Read your last 10 prompts out loud. Would you talk to a child that way?Patience or contempt. Teaching or demanding. The answer tells you who you are — and who you're becoming.Recorded live on Day 11 of the 30-day Build With Me stream series.

  • EP. 10 | OWN YOUR ECONOMY — THE CLIMB: WHY MOST PEOPLE STAY AT THE BOTTOM
    Oct 5 2026

The series finale of Own Your Economy.

You don't have a strategy problem. You have an identity problem. Most people fail because they never decided who they were becoming.

The climb isn't a program. It's a decision. Most people never make it. Information is free — but transformation costs you your old self, and most people aren't willing to pay.

Jay's story: arrested four times in college, sitting in the timeout center next to real criminals, asking himself where am I headed — and what if nothing ever changes. He didn't get motivation. Motivation is temporary. He got understanding. He shaved his head, changed his clothes, cut every friend, and prayed. Two months later he was on tour teaching financial literacy.

    - From my mentor Jay Awal

Of 10,000 people Jay has coached, 2,000 are still in it. The other 8,000 got close enough to see the income potential but not close enough to endure the timeline. They wanted to skip the steps. You can't jump four or five. Neither can you.

Pride is the most expensive thing most people will ever buy. The stepdad who wouldn't take the $70K job because he used to make $170K — unemployed for two years, burning through savings, selling his house. Pride kept more people from the climb than any lack of information ever did.

Ego isn't your amigo. Ego stands for edging God out. When I was waiting tables at Olive Garden, I felt overqualified — and that ego made me spill an entire tray of water over a table of kids. I couldn't see the job as a stepping stone.

If you're comfortable right now and just working a job, be building something from five to eleven. Growth is slow. A bamboo tree takes five to seven years before it sprouts — but once it sprouts, it grows at warp speed. Be patiently aggressive.

Who are you becoming? Information is free, but transformation costs you your old self. I'll see you at the top — because the bottom is way too crowded.

  • EP. 8 | OWN YOUR ECONOMY — THE RESIDUAL INCOME BLUEPRINT
    Oct 3 2026

Active income keeps you alive. Residual income sets you free.

Active income is a ceiling. Residual income is a foundation. While you're clocking in, someone just earned $3,000 from a system they built two years ago. You don't need more hours — you need a system that doesn't require your hours.

My mentor Jay Awal breaks his income stack down clearly: community, JIFU residuals, credit card processing residuals, speaking events, his own consulting firm — multiple streams of income. He lives in Puerto Rico, goes to waterfalls on weekday afternoons, and the money is still coming in because the systems are running.

"Jay's mom spent 25 years building call centers for a Florida college — bachelor's, master's, running the admissions team. Then she called him scared, because AI is making the phone calls her team makes. Six-figure income, but a single stream. No backup. So Jay walked her through it: crypto, credit card processing — two new streams of income. Not at her income level yet, but now she has a foundation to build from instead of a cliff to fall off."

    - From my mentor Jay Awal

The framework: four streams of $1,000 versus one stream of $4,000. If one of the four disappears, you still have three. If your one stream disappears — and COVID proved things can disappear overnight — you have nothing.

And Jay's honest rule: don't quit your job when you hit your first $1K or $2K. Only quit when you've doubled your income and you have six months of expenses saved. I learned that one the hard way — sleeping in my car, showering at Planet Fitness, no savings, just hunger. Now I'm building the baseline: well over $10K in savings, $1,000 in the bank at all times.

Don't get too big for the little things. Because if you get too big for the little things, eventually you become too small for the big things.

If you're looking to build residual income — trading, crypto, UGC — and you want a community building it with you, shoot me a message on Instagram. I'll show you what I know, who I know, and how we're building these streams inside Alpha Society.

See you at the top — because the bottom is way too crowded.

  • EP. 7 | OWN YOUR ECONOMY — BUILD YOUR BODY LIKE AN ASSET.
    Oct 1 2026

Build Your Body Like an Asset.

Your body isn't a temple. It's infrastructure. Treat it like one.

The most expensive thing you own isn't your car. It's your health. You don't wait until you have $10K/month to start managing your money — and you don't wait until your body breaks down to start maintaining it.

"Jay maps his core financial argument straight onto physical health: both require systems built before you need them. Then the commission breath concept — when you're running on stress, cortisol, no sleep, no recovery, your decision-making degrades. Jay admits every bad financial move — the Maserati, the alt-coin bets, the identity attachment to numbers — happened during high-stress periods when the nervous system was running hot. The screen time moment says it all: Jay pulls up his phone, catches 12 hours of Instagram in a week, and asks himself what he gained from comparing his life to other people's highlight reels. That's not a productivity problem — it's a nervous system problem. And the Elevate Wellness stack — juicing, IV therapy, float tanks, CBD integration — isn't self-care. It's maintenance for a high-performing asset. Warren Buffett has lived in the same house for 50 years. Jeff Bezos drove a Camry when his company hit $1B. They protect their most important asset: their mind. Your body is the machine that runs the mind. Maintain it."

    - From my mentor Jay Awal

IV therapy, float tanks, cold press — this isn't luxury. This is maintenance. Start investing in the asset that runs everything else.

  • EP. 6 | OWN YOUR ECONOMY — THE MULTIPLICATION HACK THEY DON'T TEACH IN SCHOOL.
    Sep 30 2026

The Multiplication Hack They Don't Teach in School.

Wealth is about money working in multiple lanes simultaneously. Not harder. Not longer. Simultaneously.

One dollar working in five places beats five dollars sitting in one. They taught you to save. Nobody taught you to multiply. Here's the difference.

"Jay walks through the Parable of the Talents in detail — a master hands three servants money before a long journey. Two put it to work and multiply it. One buries his out of fear. The master doesn't praise the fearful one for keeping it safe.Jay's application hits home: most people are praying for $30K/month income while the money they already have is sitting buried — doing nothing. You're not stewarding more until you multiply what you've got. Then he breaks down the Jar System — five bank accounts, money automatically transferred every Monday after every paycheck. Every dollar has a lane. Every lane is working. And the life insurance angle most people miss: in the right hands, it isn't just protection — it's a wealth transfer and multiplication vehicle."

    - From my mentor Jay Awal

Life insurance isn't protection. In the right hands, it's a multiplication vehicle. They taught you to save. Now learn to multiply.

  • EP. 5 | OWN YOUR ECONOMY — FROM CONSUMER TO OWNER: THE ONLY SHIFT THAT MATTERS.
    Sep 30 2026

From Consumer to Owner: The Only Shift That Matters.

You've been a customer your whole life. It's time to become the brand.

Every app you open daily — someone owns it. Why isn't it you? The wealth gap was never about income. It's about ownership. Consumption is comfortable. Ownership is generational.

"Jay opens his Alpha Society training with a question: how many of you want to be business owners? Then the harder one — how many of you are already operating like one?He draws the ownership path on the slides: Understanding → Skill → System → Income. Most people try to skip straight to income — and that's exactly where it breaks. His analogy hits: buying an iPad and jumping straight in the pool with it because you wanted to read underwater. You don't understand the tool yet. Ownership without understanding isn't ownership — it's expensive consumption."

    - From my mentor Jay Awal

The episode closes with the social media visibility piece — Jay points to Cobby Lynn, the African-French creator, as proof of what's possible when you let yourself be seen.

Consumer or owner. Pick one. And see you at the top.

  • EP. 4 | OWN YOUR ECONOMY — TRAVEL IS NOT A REWARD. IT'S A STRATEGY.
    Sep 28 2026

Travel Is Not a Reward. It's a Strategy.

I didn't travel because I made it. I traveled because it made me.

“December 2017 — I'd just gotten out of trouble. Cut my dreadlocks, changed how I dressed, stopped moving with the same crowd, started praying for a direction. And then I got hired as a cameraman on a world financial literacy tour. I was in the back of the room running the camera, watching people's lives change in real time.

Standing in the back of that room, I thought: I need to be up there.

That one trip shifted my trajectory more than any course, any book, or any YouTube video ever could have. The people I met on that tour built the network that eventually became the foundation of my business. You can't replicate that by watching a webinar from your apartment.

Right now I'm heading to Portugal — 5,000 entrepreneurs in one room, from all over the world. The calibration that happens when you're surrounded by builders at that level is something that has to be experienced. Your sense of what's possible expands. Your standards recalibrate. Your network compounds.

And here's what most people miss: the trip is a write-off. The suit I buy for the event — write-off. My wife coming with me — write-off. When you build a business, travel stops being a reward you earn at the end and becomes a tool you use to build faster.”

    - From my mentor Jay Awal

Every retreat we run is built around this same principle. It's a content machine. A network event. A funnel accelerator. A lifestyle proof point. All at once. The investment isn't the flight — the investment is who you become when you step into rooms you didn't previously belong in.

The flight is cheap. The room is everything.
