I've used loads of different white noise videos to help settle my little one and I realised in the gym the slow steady sounds of the cardio kit and fans can be calming and relaxing. This was made using the Rower, Skier and Bike going at a steady tempo.

This uses 3 minutes of each piece of equipment with a 30 seconds fade in/out for constant white noise.
