Welcome to the AFPT podcast.It’s probably not what you would expect to start with. You will find different fan white noises created here in the gym. Specific white noise really helped my daughter sleep which meant I could sleep. Sleep deprivation in early parenting is horrible. So anything that can help your little one sleep, meaning you can sleep is a bonus. I was on the rower one day and realised how soothing the fan sounded when going at a steady tempo. So I’ve recorded different gym equipment fans, some surprising sound like the sea washing up a beach.
