  • Dr Tess Browne on Micro Resets, Hygge Comfort and Value-Led Living
    Sep 27 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Another episode we recorded before the summer madness. It's full of SO many useful and well easy hacks for a well nice life....

We sat down with Dr Tess Browne, a clinical and coaching psychologist and founder of the Mind Atelier, who works with high-achieving women and busy mums navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout and trauma. Tess brings a rare mix of backgrounds to this; years in the NHS, time in academia, and a stint at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong before she moved into psychology full time.

We talk about how Lizzie first met Tess and ended up co-hosting wellness retreats together, blending Pilates, yoga, psychology, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, spa time and community.

Here's what well nice actually looks like for Tess day to day:

-She's protective of blank space in her calendar and keeps a dedicated "me" calendar to guard it
-She leans on micro moments of self-care throughout the day
-She's brought hygge into her home, using warmth and cosy environments as an actual regulation tool rather than just an aesthetic
-Cold plunges are part of her routine too, less for the physical benefits and more for the mental focus and energy they give her
-She talks about living in alignment with her values using ACT tools and values lists to figure out what actually matters versus what she's been told should matter

  • Daily Rituals Founder Jasmine on Sleep Stacking, Acne-Proof Skincare, Bone Broth & Wellness Trends
    Sep 9 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

We're back! This one's a little time capsule, recorded before the UK lost its mind in the heatwave. And we sat down with a guest we've been dying to share...

What does wellness look like when you're building a brand solo, writing a newsletter 26,000+ women rely on, and still have to actually switch off at the end of the day? Jasmine, founder of Daily Rituals and editor of Wellness Dose (the newsletter that boils down evidence-based wellness recommendations into a five-minute read), joins us for a chat that's basically a chance to raid her little black book, the products, practitioners and routines she actually rates.

She's fast becoming one of the leading voices in London wellness, brutally honest about what's worth your time and what isn't, uses AI sparingly (a rarity these days), and has strong opinions on bone broth, biotin, and Botox-adjacent skincare.

In this episode we get into:

    • Her actual evening wind-down: journaling a win, a stressor and a gratitude, a quick breathwork session under her red light panel, then Kindle time to properly switch off
    • Honest and Good dehydrated bone broth, her comfort snack of choice and the thing she throws in her bag before every trip
    • Her acne journey; soy, gluten, dairy and sugar were all quietly working against her and how she rebuilt her skin barrier with an unglamorous CeraVe, Medik8 and La Roche-Posay routine, plus the acne-safe makeup she swears by
    • Low-tox swaps worth making
    • Class and studio reviews: and why she's calling it now, Lagree is about to be everywhere
    • A first look at the London wellness event Jasmine's cooking up

  • Fairy porn, IVF, grief and sobbing at concerts with podcast host Annabel Gammack
    Jul 15 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

This week we're joined by Annabel Gammack, Instagram creator and co-host of Two Girls One Spiral Podcast previously Am I Ovary Acting Podcast for a conversation that goes everywhere.

We get into how running became her way back into her own body after round after round of IVF that didn't work.

We talk concerts as collective catharsis (Taylor Swift nearly finished her off), why she's non-negotiably in bed by 9pm, the sacred art of a proper solo date day, and how writing has become her most honest way of getting her thoughts out when talking face-to-face feels too exposing.

We also get her fairy fiction recommendation, the ongoing debate over the best Bic pen, and why normal books just don't hit the same anymore.

  • Human Design, Reiki & Sound Healing for Burnout-Proof Business with Zoe from The Vibe Education
    Jul 2 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

What if the key to building a successful business wasn't working harder, but working in alignment with your unique energy?

In this week's episode, we sit down with Zoe, founder of The Vibe Education and intuitive business coach, who blends practical strategy with holistic practices like human design, reiki, and sound healing to help female entrepreneurs build aligned, sustainable businesses.

Zoe shares her journey from corporate life into a 14-year global career in hair and makeup, then into education and coaching, shaped by a nine-year fertility journey that led her to nervous system regulation tools. We dig into the stigma around negativity in wellness spaces, why "one-size-fits-all" doesn't work, and how human design offers a blueprint for energy, decision-making, relationships, and work style (Zoe reads our charts live — Lucy is a generator and Lizzie's a projector).

Zoe also breaks down what reiki and sound healing actually do for the nervous system, why embracing life's "side quests" matters, how to redefine success beyond income, and the grounding power of community and nature.

This week on wellnice the podcast, we sat down with Ali Handley, close friend and founder of Bodylove Pilates in Sydney and honestly, every part of this conversation was inspiring and deeply real.

Ali shares the mindset behind building one of Australia’s most recognised Pilates brands, the power of backing yourself for the long game, and why saying yes has opened doors she never imagined.

“I’m a Capricorn, I’m a goat. I’m getting to the top of the mountain even if it takes me 20 years but I’m getting there.”

We also talk meditation, nervous system regulation, leadership, movement and why Pilates is the foundation that allows us to keep doing the things we love.

  • Low-Tox Life, Lifted Faces & Lettuce in the Garden: Kate Rawlings on Ditching Botox, Cleaning Up Your Home & Feeling Really, Genuinely well nice
    Apr 29 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

What does it actually look like to live a low-tox life when you've got two kids under four, a TikTok-famous chef husband, a Georgian farmhouse to run, and zero time to waste? Kate Rawlings, mum, style lover, wellness obsessive and Lizzie's neighbour joins us for one of those chats you want to screenshot, send to your group chat, and immediately act on.

Kate started her low-tox journey long before it was trending, partly inspired by losing her dad to leukaemia when she was twenty, and partly because, as she puts it, the more you look into what's in your everyday products, the more you can't un-see it. In this episode she shares her real, practical, no-guilt approach to cleaning up your home, your skincare, and your lifestyle without turning into someone who can't enjoy a Creme Egg.

In this episode we get into:
-Low-tox living for real people; where to actually start, what to swap first and the ingredients to look out for on every label (we're talking synthetic fragrance, phthalates, and endocrine disruptors)

-Natural cleaning products that actually work

-Microcurrent facials at home; Kate's NuFACE routine and an honest conversation about quitting Botox after starting it at seventeen

-Red light therapy panels — why a full-length panel beats the mask

-Movement with kids in tow — running with a pram over fields and mud because some form of movement every single day is non-negotiable for Kate's mental health

-The joy of last-minute holidays; Kate shares why she often books up to a day before

-Growing your own food — three years in, still learning, genuinely loving it. How to start even if you only have a windowsill, a balcony, or a few pots on a patio

This episode is for anyone who's ever stood in the cleaning aisle feeling overwhelmed, wondered if their shower gel is messing with their hormones, or just wanted permission to do wellness in a way that fits around actual life.
