Work Less. Live More.

Di: Tamu Thomas
  • Riassunto

  • Conversations and monologues exploring how work can be part of our self-care. An exploration of how we can improve our quality of life by remembering that we work to create a living. Work gives us a sense of purpose and fulfilment, but the way we work means we are left with the dregs of ourselves. We have very little energy left to create a purposeful and fulfilling life. This creates a dynamic where we rely on work and toxic levels of productivity for our sense of worth and purpose. Nobody leaves this life wishing they had worked more! We’ve got to live whilst we are alive and I think changing the way we work is an integral part of this. I don’t have the answers, this podcast is likely to leave you with more questions than you had before and think that’s a good thing. It gives us the chance to consider how we can create something new.

  • A prayer for entrepreneurs in turbulent times
    Jun 30 2023

At quite a few entrepreneurs are nervous about the current economic climate and the impact it's having, even the big shiny ones.

I have seen social media posts from people talking about the possibility of seeking employment, taking on part time work and feeling too exhausted to continue.

These are tricky times, it would be remiss to say otherwise.

I'm not here with advice or solutions, instead I offer a short prayer for entrepreneurs facing turbulent times.

    With care and hope, Tamu
