David has started a 12 week challenge to get back in shape. He is on the search of his old time trial spirit and travels back in time to find it and bring it back to 2022z
On May the 14th 2022 he will pursue a 20 minute time trial to demonstrate what can be done if you train and prepare probably. On the journey he gets advice from experts from pro cycling, tech, health care, nutrition, psychology, bike design, aero dynamics to get an update on what has change since his last time trial in 2014.
Mikkel and David meets every week to talk about the progress and invite an expert to give us insights on what the latest knowledge and tech is to beat your best.
