  • Being More of Myself is Getting Easier
    Sep 11 2026

Today I woke up with the desire to be more of myself that's one of the hardest thing to dofor the competition out here for businesses and being authentic is very rare.

Unfortunately I didn't realize that I had this problem to the degree that I have it until approximately a few years ago.

I relocatedto Arizonaworking on my 3rd divorce and the embarrassment of it all made me start realizing what role did I playand so I was never being authenticas much as I thought I was I was being authentically me but I wasn't being authentic and sharinghow I feel about others to their faceso we can get out of assumption.

I'm not one who likes to front on people and embarrass them just to call it keeping it real that's not my thinghowever a person deserve to know when you no longerwant to bethe kind of friend they want to be to you and I'm learning that today and I'm feeling more and more comfortable in my skin owning it and that's where I'm at today.

I also wonder how many other people really want to dive into that part of themselves that they can just continue to be authentically themselves and be okay with being the weird one. We can always find our own community and I want to find the community of other podcasters, and other people who feel free just putting themselves out there because I love those people. And I also still kind of care that I don't offend people but not to the degree that I don't get to be who I am as well. Now I want to start doing just that.

As I look back that's part of the reason why I was afraid to post my shows as well, because I'm always trying to make it so perfect and so politically correct and all of the other stuff that comes with that, and now I just don't feel like doing that no more. I want to post everyday if I want to and find my why along the way. I truly want to get comfortable in this podcasting arena since my professor told me I should back in 2015 or 2016. I especially want to add my YouTube channel.

So here I am again trying this again.

I'm not sure how many days I'm going to post but I want to get comfortable posting daily little Snippets and then one full show a week. But I want to post when life is lifing me and when it's giving me those magically experiences as well.

So ha g in there with me on this magical journing of becoming more of this stage of ME! Life can be joyful and I want more of it.

    Thank you,

    Be Well

    Authentic

    Too Much

    And full of Joy

  • 32B. The Women Liberation Movement And How Men Says It's The Cause of The Displacement of Families.
    Jul 28 2026

Episode 32B: The Women's Liberation Movement and Why Some Men Believe It Has Contributed to the Displacement of Families

Special Guest: Author and Relationship Strategist Darrell Canty

    Note:

When we were recording this episode, it was recording from a zoom platform. So some of the voices were echoing off of one another because it was delayed and no one would hear what's coming next. Until after someone began speaking. And that's why you're going to hear the double voices.

In this thought provoking episode of The Wellbeing Life Podcast, I sit down with author, relationship strategist, and dear friend Darrell Canty for an honest conversation about one of today's most debated topics: the impact of the Women's Liberation Movement on relationships, marriage, and the family structure.

Darrell Canty is a devoted son, father, brother, and friend who lives by his personal motto:

"Providing, cultivating, forgiving, and giving is the only way a man is truly living."

Deeply committed to the Kingdom of God, Darrell believes that honesty is the foundation of every healthy relationship and the starting point for genuine personal transformation.

His passion for understanding the dynamics between men and women has led him to become a trusted relationship mentor, strategist, and speaker. Through his work, he helps people discover their true potential by building healthier, more authentic relationships. Known for his humor, energy, and engaging personality, Darrell challenges individuals to break unhealthy patterns and pursue meaningful, lasting connections.

As the title suggests, this conversation doesn't shy away from difficult topics. It becomes passionate, engaging, and at times intense as differing perspectives are shared openly and respectfully.

This episode was recorded live and streamed across several platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Zoom. We invited everyone participating to be honest, authentic, and unapologetically themselves, and that's exactly what happened.

Whether you agree with every viewpoint or not, this conversation is designed to encourage critical thinking, meaningful dialogue, and deeper reflection on relationships, family, and the challenges facing our communities today.

I hope you enjoy this episode. It is both a treat and a challenge to listen to.

After you've watched or listened, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Please share your perspective in the comments, and let's continue the conversation with respect and an open mind.

  • "Finding My Why, By Doing My Why, Before I'm Ready"
    Jul 28 2026

Finding My Why by Doing My Why Before I'm Ready

In this episode, I share one of the biggest challenges I've faced: finding my "why."

Since beginning my mental health sabbatical on June 8, 2026, through the end of the year, I've spent a great deal of time reflecting, journaling, learning, and searching for clarity. I realized something surprising I didn't completely lack a purpose. What I lacked was the courage to fully step into it.

For so long, I convinced myself I needed more time, more knowledge, the right microphone, the right equipment, the right plan, or the confidence to finally begin. I kept waiting until I felt "ready."

    Then it hit me.

The only way I'll truly discover my why is by living it.

Not by overthinking it. Not by waiting for perfect conditions. Not by collecting more information.

    By doing it.

I've come to realize that the things that make me feel most alive are discovered through action. Every step I take, every conversation I have, every podcast I record, and every dream I pursue brings me closer to understanding who I'm becoming and what God may be calling me to do.

This episode is an invitation not just for me, but for you to stop waiting for permission, perfection, or certainty. Start where you are. Use what you have. Trust that clarity often comes after the first step, not before it.

Sometimes, the only way to find your why... is by doing your why before you're even ready.

  • 35. The Broken Heart Syndrome (Takotsubo) With Angela Little
    Apr 30 2024
My guest today is my cousin Angela Little. She and I discuss the broken heart syndrome and how it affected our lives and several of our relationships. We delve into how we both experience a great loss and how it took some work on our part to pull ourselves up by the boot straps emotionally and physically. Getting back and showing up for yourself can be challenging. Angela shares how "EVOLVING" is an ongoing thing for her. We also bounce off each other with support. Angela shares from a spiritual standpoint, and me still being a little stuck. However, you get to see parts of me growing and evolving between the 2 experiences that I feel, caused me to experience a broken heart syndrome phases in my life. Getting candid about our pas sometimes hard to do. You can find yourself releving experiences you would like to forget. I personally feel that when I speak about my past I can't sometimes utter the words of what I experience and I healthy way and therefore I try not to talk about it because it reminds me that I have a lot more growing to do. If it's not that I need to grow then it may still be that I need to heal or I haven't healed enough. Angela share some delightful insight on her growing through this experience. After this episode I encouraged Angela to consider being a voice for others because of her spiritual walk, grace and grounded perspective on life. I became triggered a few times reminding me of my blind sighted view of the male and female roles. You would definitely enjoy this episode seeing me lose it and come back a few times. Reminding me that this ain't that episode. But definitely stay tune to watch me grow through life and heal from my trauma. I'm very proud that I am facing these demons I shut down from shame and people pleasing. Broken Heart Syndrome: The Broken Heart Syndrome formerly known as takotsubo (Japanese) cardiomyopathy, is a unique Heart condition that primarily affects post-menopausal women. It is also known as stress and stress-induced cardiomyopathy. It is generally treatable and people recover within weeks. The exact cause is still unclear affecting both men and women. Women middle-aged and over 50 account for the majority. Emotional triggers for this condition is conflicts in relationships, loss of loved ones, anger, fear, and anxiety. The lines for this condition can be blurred between the emotional and physical triggers.
