• I Said No. So Why Am I Explaining Myself?
    Oct 28 2026

Have you ever said no to somebody and then immediately started explaining yourself?

    Yeah, me too.

In this episode of The Vulnerability Diaries, I'm talking about why saying no sometimes turns into a whole damn explanation, why I feel like I need people to understand my decisions, and how exhausting it can be to defend something I didn't want to do in the first place.

I'm learning that I don't always need somebody else's approval to make my own decisions.

And sometimes, no really is enough.

Until next time, remember, you're not alone in this.

  • Why Do I Care If They're Mad at Me?
    Oct 21 2026

Have you ever noticed how someone can be mad at you, and suddenly you start questioning everything you said or did?

    Yeah, I do that.

In this episode of The Vulnerability Diaries, I'm talking about why other people's anger makes me so uncomfortable, why I feel the need to fix things immediately, and how exhausting it can be to feel responsible for everybody else's emotions.

I'm learning that someone being upset with me doesn't automatically mean I've done something wrong.

Am I good at this yet? Absolutely not.

    But I'm working on it.

Until next time, remember, you're not alone in this.

  • Why the Hell Am I Afraid to Say No?
    Oct 14 2026

Have you ever wanted to say no, walk away, or just go home, but stayed because you were worried someone would get mad at you?

    Yeah, me too.

In this episode of The Vulnerability Diaries, I'm talking about people-pleasing, the fear of disappointing others, and why saying one little word can feel so damn uncomfortable.

I'm still learning to say no without explaining myself, apologizing, or feeling guilty.

    Maybe you are, too.

Until next time, remember you're not alone in this.

  • When you notice a pattern
    Aug 12 2026

Have you ever felt someone’s energy toward you change before they ever admitted anything was different?

I notice patterns. I notice when someone becomes cold, distant, or dismissive. And sometimes, simply saying, “Hey, something feels different,” doesn’t go over very well.

This episode is about what happens when you notice the pattern and decide to say something.
