  • Second Half Episode 8 - Fun V's Joy, why we might be done with fun
    Apr 24 2026

Andy has taken the reigns again as host and by giving a very warm welcome to his co-host 'Lady Jane' is clearly flattering her so he can be host again!

We started with hormones and HRT and somehow ended up asking a bigger question, when did “fun” stop being such a big part of life?

In this episode, we chat about midlife changes, shifting priorities, and the surprising difference between fun and joy. We might not be out partying or chasing excitement anymore, but does that actually matter?

Is fun overrated? Have we just become a bit boring or are we finally content?

A very honest, slightly rambling conversation about what the second half of life really feels like.
