    Amanda Furman never wanted to be in sales. In fact, when she looked at career options after 10 years at home with her kids, “no sales” was at the top of her list.


    Then she found real estate.


    Today, Amanda runs a 120-unit business in Appleton, Wisconsin, with more than $30 million in annual volume, and 98% of it comes from repeat and referral business. She has never bought a lead. Instead, she built a simple, human, hyperlocal system around her database, her community and the people she already loves serving.
