The LongHer Life is the women's longevity podcast that says the quiet part out loud. Science backed and soul led, in the same episode, from the same person. Host Brittany Ford is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of Biohacking Brittany. Every week she breaks down what's actually working for women's health: peptides, hormone testing, fertility and postpartum, metabolic health, mitochondria, nervous system regulation, longevity protocols, perimenopause, and the soul work underneath all of it. You'll get real protocols with the dosing and the tradeoffs, her own lab results read out loud, honest reviews of what she's testing on herself, and long conversations with the doctors, researchers and founders she actually trusts. No wellness theatre, no supplement she hasn't taken herself. If you want to feel good in your body now and still be strong at 90, you're in the right place. Formerly Biohacking with Brittany. New episode every week.Copyright © 2026 - The LongHer Life Igiene e vita sana Medicina alternativa e complementare
  • NAD+ for Women: Why It Drops in Your 30s, NMN vs IV vs Injections, Glutathione, CoQ10 and Delayed Release Supplements with Nicholas Signore from The Rhythm Line
    Oct 23 2026

NAD+ is everywhere in the longevity space right now, and there's still so much confusion about it. Is it a peptide? (It's not, it's a coenzyme.) Why does it start dropping in your early 30s? And why can't you just swallow it in a capsule and call it a day?

If you want to do this work with me, work with me one on one. I see women every week for peptides, nervous system, nutrition and longevity, and you can book a free 15 minute call with me here.

In this episode I break down what NAD+ actually does for your energy and repair, then I sit down with Nicholas Signore, co-founder of The Rhythm Line, on the day RHYTHM launched. Nick shares his story, from getting sober almost two years ago to meditation, breathwork and Joe Dispenza, and how buying an NMN supplement that had almost nothing in it led him and his cardiologist partner to build their own.

We get into all seven ingredients (NMN, Setria glutathione, CoQ10, PQQ, trans-resveratrol, vitamin D3 and black pepper extract), why delayed release capsules matter when stomach acid breaks down NMN and glutathione, their third party Eurofins results, and how NAD+ IVs, injections, patches and nasal sprays compare to a capsule.

My husband and I take RHYTHM, two capsules a day, and we both notice it in our energy. This episode is in partnership with The Rhythm Line.

    I TALK ABOUT:

00:00 What NAD+ is, why it declines in your 30s, and why you can't just swallow it

02:29 The seven ingredients in RHYTHM

05:28 Why delayed release capsules matter

07:25 Third party testing, and why women's heart health is underserved

11:13 Meet Nick: almost two years sober, meditation and Joe Dispenza

18:29 Microdosing and the default mode network

20:02 Getting ripped off by an NMN supplement, and how RHYTHM started

24:37 Why these seven ingredients, and beadlets vs delayed release

30:34 The Eurofins results: 667 mg of NMN and no heavy metals

34:13 How NAD+ supports energy, recovery and repair as we age

38:31 CoQ10 and PQQ for the heart (and why they're in fertility formulas)

41:11 NAD+ IVs, injections, patches, nasal sprays or capsules

  • GLP-1s for Women: How to Raise Your Own GLP-1 Naturally, Ozempic vs Mounjaro vs Retatrutide, Microdosing, and Protecting Muscle and Bone
    Oct 17 2026

GLP-1s are peptides. The P literally stands for peptide. Your body makes its own GLP-1 after every single meal, and it's gone within a couple of minutes by design. The drugs are that same signal, engineered so it never goes away, and that one difference explains both how well they work and almost everything women struggle with on them.

In this episode I break it all down. What a peptide actually is, how peptide drugs are built, and what your own GLP-1 does in your body. Then how to raise your own GLP-1 with protein, soluble fiber, healthy fats, fermented foods, meal order and how fast you eat, with real meal ideas (and why fasting doesn't raise it the way people think).

Then I go drug by drug: semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), retatrutide, the new oral GLP-1 pill, and generic semaglutide here in Canada. We talk half-life and steady state, what the labels actually say about dosing, what microdosing really means, what's different for women (bone, muscle, fertility and hair loss), and what happens when you come off.

I start with a personal story too: I sliced my finger open this week, and how my meditation practice let me regulate my nervous system in the ER.

This is education, not medical advice. If you want to do this work with me, work with me one on one. I see women every week for peptides, nervous system, nutrition and longevity, and you can book a free 15 minute call with me here.

    • 00:00 Slicing my finger, the ER, and regulating my nervous system in an emergency
    • 08:50 Why my peptide content is moving off Instagram, and what's in this episode
    • 10:10 What a peptide is, and how peptide drugs are built to last

  • Why Your Peptides Aren't Working: Cortisol, Stress, Gut Health, Sleep, GLP-1s, Retatrutide, BPC-157 and a Guided Future Self Activation | The Exhale Masterclass
    Oct 9 2026

This is my live masterclass, The Exhale, from September. A few hundred women showed up live, and it's one of my favourite classes I've ever taught, so I'm giving you the whole thing here.

We go deep on peptides, longevity and the nervous system, and why the mind and nervous system have to come first before the body work and the advanced tools. I share my own postpartum anxiety story, the pattern I keep seeing in women, and why we can't out-peptide a dysregulated nervous system. Then I break down how cortisol shuts down growth hormone peptides, undoes gut peptides like BPC-157 and KPV, overrides sleep peptides, and why GLP-1s without protein, strength training and nervous system work put your muscle and bones at risk.

A note before you press play: about 18 minutes in there's a 12 minute guided future self activation, eyes closed. If you're driving, please don't close your eyes. Just listen, and come back to it when you can sit or lie down.

It ends with a full live Q&A: Retatrutide and microdosing, protein hacks and powders, MOTS-c and SS-31, creatine, BPC-157 and TB-500 for inflammation, glutathione, fasting, Kisspeptin before IVF, and labs.

If you want to do this work with me, work with me one on one. My three month program is open, I also do one off consultations, and you can book a free 15 minute call.

    I TALK ABOUT:

    • 00:00 Before you listen (and a note if you're driving)
    • 03:21 Welcome to The Exhale
    • 05:17 My postpartum anxiety story
    • 09:13 Why nothing is sticking yet
    • 16:18 Getting ready for the activation
    • 17:55 Guided future self activation (12 min, eyes closed)
    • 31:31 Coming back, and what came through
    • 36:55 Fight or flight, rest and digest, and your HRV
    • 39:32 Peptides and cortisol: growth hormone, gut health and sleep
    • 48:09 GLP-1s, muscle, bone, and protein with peptides
    • 57:18 Q&A: Retatrutide, protein, MOTS-c, creatine, BPC-157, Kisspeptin and labs
