  • I'm Ken Jones, an award-winning real estate sales and valuation professional since 1971. I coach and train residential and commercial real estate agents to help them become top producers generating their own high-quality leads and lowering their expenses. The Ken Jones Real Estate Show concentrates on real estate issues of importance to both residential and commercial real estate agents as well as real estate investors. In the show, I discuss using my multi-synchronous marketing strategies to develop a continual flow of high-quality leads at little to no cost. I also discuss various aspects of income-producing real estate as well as general real estate issues and encourage listeners to ask questions which I may answer in a future episode. My experience includes listing, selling, leasing, investing, building, financing, and appraising residential and commercial properties throughout much of the United States. I've been a top-producing real estate agent and broker since 1971 having won several national and state sales awards, as well as multiple statewide advertising awards.
