The biggest lesson she’s learned along the way is to go for what you want, if you wait until you’re “ready”, it’ll never happen. Mario Albert Lomeli knows what it means to work from the ground up. An heir to his family’s cultural traditions, he immersed himself in the restaurant world and has spent twenty years working as anything from a buser to a manager learning the industry from the inside out.

Now he is the owner of Cha-Cho’s Latin Kitchen, a Latin fusion restaurant that unifies diverse cultural cuisines and his community under one roof.
