  • EP 5. My current daily test boosting stack!!
    Feb 12 2025

My Current daily test boosting stack and why!Vitamin D - if low this can inhibit the formation of testosteroneSignificant increases in testosterone over placebo in a one year study, and with so many benefits including immunity and bone health its just logical to ensure this building block to testosterone in at good levels in your system. 5000iu per day.#Boron - Has been shown to raise free testosterone at 6mg -10mg per day, less effect seen in a study with 2.5mg a day.According to a 2015 review of boron literature published in IMCJ, taking a 6-mg dose of boron for just a week has the following benefits:* increases the metabolism of the total testosterone in your body to free testosteroneTrusted Source, which is used for many sex-related functions* increases free testosterone levels by nearly %25 percent* reduces the amount of estradiol by nearly half* reduces indicators of inflammation, such as interleukin and C-reactive proteins, by more than half* allows more free testosterone to bond with proteins in your blood, which can have even more benefits as you ageSo there’s a lot to be said for boron as a low testosterone supplement. A small 2011 study of eight male participants confirmed these results — taking 10 mg a day for a week increased free testosterone and lowered estradiol significantly.#Zinc - if low this can inhibit testosteroneOne study researched the effects of a magnesium and zinc supplement. It found that men who received 30 milligrams of zinc per day showed increased levels of free testosterone in their bodies.Because your body can’t store zinc, you need to take it in every day. For men over the age of 19, the recommended daily amount of zinc is 11 milligrams. Deficiency may lead to decreased male hormone receptor activity and 5a Reductase activity (DHT).#Shilajit - Has been shown to raise testosterone and free test in humans after 90 days of use at 250mg twice per day. Also has a host of other anti-aging and health benefits as indicated by animal studies and 1000’s of years of use.#tribulus - No studies showing increases in testosterone in humans but it does raise self reported libido, it appears to work by sensitising the body to its own androgenic hormones like testosterone and DHT. Protodioscin a saponin found in tribulus has also been demonstrated to trigger release of nitric oxide in corpus cavernosum tissue. There are two human studies showing errection improvements and 4 human studies showing improvements in libido.Similar to Shilajit also seems to raise anti oxidant levels, great for daily use.#Fenugreek - It seems to improve insulin sensitivity across multiple studies which is a welcome anti aging benefit and we see no negative side effects. One recent study on fenugreek extract reported fat reducing effects greater than placebo in young, healthy resistance-exercising males. These effects are purported to be mediated through an aromatase and 5α reductase inhibition, thereby increasing total testosterone levels by blocking its conversion to estrogen and dihydrotestosterone, respectively.Fenugreek is certified as GRASOne study with 300mg extract for 8 weeks showed 50% higher free test against placebo. As well as fat reducing effects, both groups were young well trained males, another showing libido increases, hen theres a meta analysis of 4 clinical trials that show increases in serum testosterone#Bulbine a history of use in South Africa, one famous Wistar rat study however showed an phenomenal increase in testicualr weight and cholesterol content as well as improved sperm markers at a sweet spot dose of 50mg per kg of body weight (in humans more like 8mg per kg so around 550mg for a 70kg person). We say a huge lift in a lot of the rodent biomarkers around testosterone (something like 350% increase. And whilst there are no human studies on testosterone levels there is one in house blood work reference from the company distributing Anatest (the Afrigenics Bulbine).

  • What's SHILAJIT all about? 🗻🪨
    Jan 26 2025

#Shilajit is a millennial product of nature that takes hundreds of years to form. Its base materials are ancient plant matter compressed under rock in an anaerobic envirmonet with specific yet limited microbial activity to turn this material into a paste rich in #Humic & #Fulvic acid along with at least 40 trace minerals. Its been used for at least 3000 years in the #Aryuvedic tradition and is implicated in a host of benefits including: - Testosterone boosting effects - Brain health and neurogenesis - Helping reduce symptoms of chronic fatigue - Skin and structural tissue health - Heart and blood vessel health - Reduced inflammation - Anti Aging and anti oxidative stress properties The list is quite extensive, however western studies are still somewhat limited. All the studies so far seem to support the traditional use claims, due to this and a growing body of anecdotal self reported benefits such as increase libido and energy levels - people are turning more and more to this thick black paste for their anti aging and testosterone boosting needs. Have you tried shilajit? What was your experience? comment below!

  • Is CREATINE 🧬 the real deal?
    Jan 19 2025

Creatine is by far the most studied supplement to date. Whats more - its probably the best bang for buck supplement for muscle gain and athletic performance improvements on the market to date. Creatine increases ATP production and improves explosive output in studies, increases like 17% speed increase in bike sprint tests and 8kg increases in Bench 1MR in as little as 4 weeks. Creatine also increases muscle fibre differentiation fusion & maturation. What does that mean? It means it actually accelerates lean muscle gain reliably in studies as well, to the tune of 2.6kg increase's in trained athletes and beyond. How does it do this? It activates two pathways that are related to muscle satellite cell proliferation, activating both p38 and Akt/PKB pathways. It may also increase IGF-1, a key hormone for muscle growth, to top off we now understand that the additional phosphocreatine stores that come from supplementing with creatine also show benefits for the brain and heart. Try 1g per 10kg of body weight for the optimal dose. Loading phase optional!
