  • I met Ray one crazy morning during the end of Covid. I was driving around looking for something to film and coming up empty, because most places were still closed or at least not ready to take customers in person again. His place located at 10300 Rush St, South El Monte, CA 91733 is a beautiful long building with Aztec and California culture painted in giant murals in front of the building. At that time it was only outdoor seating with long tables and plants surrounding the area. It's great to see how far he's gotten.
