• The Moscow Idaho Murders

    In the early morning hours of November 13, 2022, four University of Idaho students - Maddie Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were killed in an off campus house.

    On December 30, an arrest was made in the case. Bryan Kohberger has been charged with four counts of murder in the 1st degree and one count of burglary.

    In this episode, I'll give you info on the 4 victims in this case as well as the suspect. Then I'll go through the timeline of events as detailed in the arrest affidavit for Bryan. Then I'll talk about questions we all still have in this tragic case.

  • The Mysterious Disappearance of the Springfield Three

    It's 1992 and Stacy McCall and Suzie Streeter have just graduated from Kickapoo High School in Springfield, MO. After attending a few graduation after parties, the girls returned to Suzie's mother Sherrill's home to spend the night. They were planning to go to a water park with friends the next morning.  They never showed up or contacted those friends. It later became clear the three women vanished from the home. The media dubbed the case The Springfield Three. It has been 30 years since the women vanished and no trace of them has ever been found - causing this to be one of the most bizarre disappearances in American history.

  • Who Killed Amy Mihaljevic?

    On October 27, 1989 - the small town of Bay Village, OH would have its sense of security shattered. After 10-year old Amy Mihaljevic failed to return home from school on time,  her mother became worried. While the whole town was looking for her, investigators canvassed her neighborhood and spoke with Amy's friends. They started hearing a disturbing story...Amy had been receiving phone calls from an unknown male who claimed he wanted to take her shopping to get a gift for her mother as she had recently been promoted at work. Amy's body was found in February of 1990 - the victim of a homicide. Despite years of hard work, Amy’s case has become the longest active case in FBI history. Will new DNA technology finally lead to Amy's killer?

    On July 6, 1973, 11-year old Linda Ann O’Keefe of Newport Beach, CA was abducted while walking home from school. Her body was discovered the following morning. She had been the victim of a homicide. In 2018, cold case investigators (who had a picture of Linda still hanging on the wall in their office) got a unique idea. They decided to use Twitter to try to help solve her case.

  • Tragedy on the 4th of July - The Story of Shonda Townsend

    In 2010, Shonda Townsend, a 19-year old mother was last seen leaving a friends house in Mineral Wells, TX around midnight after celebrating the 4th of July with friends. Shonda's vehicle was located on July 5 under suspicious circumstances. Her remains would be found 1 year and 4 months later. Police say her death investigation is considered a homicide, but now 12 years have passed and her case remains unsolved.
