Crystal’s journey from corporate America into entrepreneurship involved leaping from her high-flying career to the risks of a start-up. Coming from law and then later insurance for some of the biggest names in the industry, was this a leap worth taking? 

Crystal is a wife to an entrepreneurial husband and mother to three children and we discuss how that is both motivating and empowering as well as challenging in a world where the buck stops with you. 

We discuss topics such as maternity and when it is right to jump back into work, why female founders are an excellent investment and why they are maybe not getting the investment, knowing your worth, surrounding yourself with the right people and more.
