I have given details of the brilliant and insightful discussion along with my take and thoughts around the same topic.

Short Pearls of Insights as Key Take Away.

    • Intrapreneurship Describes a people-centric bottom-up approach to developing radical innovations in-house.
    • Intrapreneurship pays off many times over in terms of company growth, culture, and talent.
    • It is not about creating intrapreneurs, it's about finding and recognizing them.
    • Intrapreneurs know the rules and circumvent any orders aimed at stopping their passion.
    • Intrapreneurship requires a different management approach.
