    Feb 19 2025
I started writing a book called You Watch My Back and I'll Watch Yours in 2016. The book is about characters the are recruited in pairs of two by a company referred to as "The Mission" that houses and pays for them to complete dangerous missions around the world and the characters tend to meet while trying to rescue the other from some event called the mission. My characters are human maybe with an extra skill or skills gained by "The Mission." I love reading series so I knew my book would be a part of a series so I have characters for the book that will move forward as their own book or a comic book.

I wanted to take some time to kind of catch up with some of the things that I have been doing to continue to promote my products, my business, and the things that I am doing for the future for 2025, yes I am already planning because of some inspiration from Lashanda Henry, if you don't know her, then take a look at Sistasense, (she always makes sense and has been a favorite of mine and is how I got to know designing with Canva so well. We will discuss Aliveshoes and TikTok subscription. Don't forget to also download our google playstore app to get up with our latest designs.

Rich and Rich Homeopportunities L.L.C. would like to give an update on my Kiva
    Apr 7 2024
Rich and Rich Homeopportunities L.L.C. would like to give an update on my Kiva loan accomplishments towards my goal on Kiva. I have increased my marketing budget campaign on Etsy to increase my traffic for my retail brand products that include men, women, kid shoes, accessories, purses, man bag, men and women clothing, and some home living items. We are working on listing more products on Amazon and will use FBA with Amazon when completed, and our Amazon Brand Registry store in Australia. We have contracted with Pietra suppliers for our custom designs brand new this month that I have attached and they will be trademarked designs, already discussed with USPTO trademark registry. Dream In Motion." Today has been another blessed day, we will be advertising on 98.3 she is amazing with great insights for digital and radio advertising my Etsy shop https://richandrichbiz.etsy.com that we supply through our designs from https://rich-and-rich-homeopportunities.shop and since I am a member of Alignable, I am advertising in the Wauwatosa community newsletter a community of about 1900. Our radio campaign starts on Monday April 8th 2024 for Rich and Rich Homeopportunities for our brand products. We are able to use the 98.3 logo on our website and in social media. Interview on Facebook with Dr. Shontina Gladney
    Mar 14 2024
"Dream In Motion" Today that is my motto because Kiva was a dream but now we have 63 lenders!!! with Dr. Shontina! Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/shontinam at 4 pm today. Kiva is this really unique crowd-lending platform. I applied for a loan for (Rich and Rich HomeopportunitiesL.L.C. ), to help (office lease at Expansivein Wauwatosa, models for clothing, shoe, and purse line, Amazon fulfillment services, inventoryfor vendor events, and last but not least, our marketing and advertising for our fashion company). The cool thing about Kiva’s crowdfunding model is that contributions that my network makes is not a donation but rather a loan. Meaning all my lenders will receive the full amount they lend once I pay back my 0% finance charges loan.”I currently have 63 lenders on the public platform where anyone on Kiva can lend to me. The idea behind this private lending period is to help prove my creditworthiness and build momentum in my campaign by lending as little as $25, I can continue to have my business backed by Kiva’s wider community of 1.6mm lenders and closer to my $8000 loan. https://kiva.org/lend/2740147?utm_source=social_share_link&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=social_share_borrower_driven_portal_eml2016851

Kiva Loan Pitch For Rich and Rich Homeopportunities L.L.C.
    Mar 11 2024
Hi , my name is Desiree Sims, I am CEO for Rich and Rich Homeopportunities L.L.C, how are you? I am not sure if you know this already but I applied for a loan with Kiva. I was hoping you could help me get the word out about my campaign.” Kiva is this really unique crowd-lending platform. I applied for a loan. The cool thing about Kiva’s crowdfunding model is that it will help with office lease, inventory, and advertising. The contributions that my network makes is not a donation but rather a loan. Meaning all my lenders will receive the full amount they lend once I pay back my 0% loan.” I am currently in the private lending period, and I need (10) lenders to make it onto the public platform where anyone on Kiva can lend to me. The idea behind this private lending period is to help prove my creditworthiness and build momentum in my campaign. Once I get (insert number of lenders here) to lend as little as $25, I can progress to the next phase where my business will be backed by Kiva’s wider community of 1.6mm lenders.” Here is a link to my campaign if you want to lend to my campaign and maybe share the link on your social media so that all your followers can lend to the campaign too that would be amazing! It’s a loan and not a donation so everyone who lends will be paid back in full! https://kiva.org/lend/2740147?utm_source=social_share_link&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=social_share_borrower_driven_portal_eml2016883" Scholarship and Apprenticeship https://pdf.ac/2sfBQx
