Several years ago I was inspired by a Beatles song "Let it Be" and the concept of being still.  As we move into the holiday season, my hope....is that we can all take a moment to be still....and to have hope, regardless of whatever we are going through during this season and to be kind to each other.

Well...you hopefully you have watched (or heard) the welcome episode and the episode about my first musing.  

Now it is time for my story.  This video was shot several years ago as part of a sermon series that was done by Pastor Chris Seidman at The Branch church here in the Dallas Metroplex.   I attended Chris's church on the heels coming out of a divorce from what was almost a 20 year marriage.  It was a time of healing, resting in hope, and rebuilding my life.....embracing my life as a Ragamuffin. God's Ragamuffin.

My hope, is just that....hope.  Hope that my experience, strength and hope will you on you journey, and more importantly to the Big Kahuna who loves all of his Ragamuffin's.  

Where it all started, by first musing on the one year anniversary of my sobriety date.  Little did I know that as a part of the journey I would enjoy writing.  As I began to share those writings, first on Facebook then on Instagram, many suggested I should write a book to tell my story and I should publish my writings. 

Well...starting backwards, I am working on publishing my writings and have started this podcast.  My hope is just that....you find hope in your journey like I did in my journey.
