Between the three of us we have multiple degrees in fitness, a wide expertise in supplements, thousands of hours in personal training, and countless hours teaching personal development.

    We are sharing our lives and ideas with you to normalize the overwhelming feeling that doing it all is impossible... and yet are still going to try!     We all love a good personality test! Today we dig into the different enneagram personalities and how they show up in motherhood. Are you organized and on time, do you love to host parties or prefer a night at home alone in your jammies? Are your kids dressed to the 9s or do you let them where whatever they want stains and all? Each of these areas can be tied back to your personality which is really cool way to alleviate some of the pressure of mom guilt. We aren’t all the token “PTA” mom and thats okay!
