She is the owner/operator of Cathy Watson Physiotherapy, where she treats women with issues of bladder and bowel incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain. She became a member of the North American Menopause Society to deliver the latest, evidence-based information to her clients. Making sure women are aware of all their pharmacological and, most importantly, their non-pharmacological tools became a passion project of Cathy's.

    In this episode, Cathy and Dilyana delve into what menopause, perimenopause, and postmenopause are and the various symptoms associated with these stages. Cathy explains the importance of estrogen for pelvic floor health and details both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment options.
