    Welcome to She's Called To Wellness

    A podcast for the Kingdom women who wants to lose weight, restore her health, feel comfortable in her body, and operate to her fullest potential. The action taker who is not afraid to partner with God and go after her dreams and wellness goals.

    My name is Yolanda King and after struggling with being overweight and obese for most of my life, I lost 100 pounds. I have learned that sometimes, it's not about the cookie-cutter meal plan and exercise, but about mastering the one thing that will get in your way: your mind.

    Here on the podcast you'll hear spirit-led conversations on health and wellness designed to help you lose weight, get healthy, break strongholds, and accomplish your goals without sacrificing your ministry, family, or sanity.

    Your health is not separate from your calling, it supports it.

    I also introduce a powerful, gentle tool called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) a nervous system regulating practice that combines light tapping on specific acupressure points with mindful awareness.

    Tapping works by:

    • Sending calming signals to the brain through the body

    • Stimulating the vagus nerve

    • Down-regulating the stress response

    • Helping your body feel safe enough to believe again

    As you tap, you give language to what you're feeling and what you desire creating a bridge between your current reality and your future vision.
