I deleted all my social media accounts over 10 years ago, so I offer a loving perspective that's free from the divisive language commonly found in feeds nowadays.   • My gentle way to process anger & accept reality (INFP/HSP)

    In this journal entry I share the gentle shift that is helping me to move through anger at a situation I can't control. It starts with accepting reality, so I can find my inner peace again.

    If you are an INFP and/or a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) who struggles to move through intense, painful anger, please know you are not alone. If you are a sensitive soul tired of fighting what is, I share my gentle way to process anger, and use it as a guide for personal growth.

    Let’s hold space for the difficult emotion, process it tenderly, and find inner harmony and self-acceptance.

  • 80% have quit their resolutions. Here’s how to un-quit.

    Dear soul, if you’ve missed a day, you are not alone. 80% of people have already quit their big goals, proving the "all or nothing" approach to habit building doesn’t work. In this journal entry we will explore how to "Un-Quit" your resolution by shifting your mindset to focus on identity instead of unreachable targets. True transformation isn't about achieving the goal (i.e. losing 10 lbs) but consistently choosing the identity (i.e. being a healthy person).

    You will learn how to permanently “pick it back up” with three powerful steps:

    • Self-Compassion: Immediately stop the cycle of self-judgment when you miss a day.
    • The 1% Rule: Choose the tiniest daily action that is non-negotiable, this guarantees success.
    • Build Self-Trust: Master the art of showing up so you can gradually scale your actions until you become the writer, the healthy person, or the focused individual you want to be.

    Start small, be consistent, and keep your dream from being left in the dust.

  • When loneliness is the better option for idealists

    Dear soul, this journal entry offers you the permission to break up with toxic relationships and incompatible family members who diminish your sensitive soul's light. I ask us to look at the uncomfortable truth that sometimes choosing loneliness is the better option.

    For the idealist, it is painful when you show up with your whole heart and unique gifts, only to have them rejected or minimized. This video explores the journey of realizing that sometimes, people are just incompatible—and that’s okay.
