Looking back on 60 years, Pat Farrell feels a profound sense of gratitude. Although she wasn’t seeking a business opportunity, Shaklee found her. At age 26, she often struggled with low energy while raising two toddlers, and she dealt with persistent rashes on her hands unless she wore plastic gloves for any cleaning task.

She was introduced to Shaklee’s Basic H organic cleaning product, which resolved those issues. Later, after incorporating the company’s multivitamins and protein into her routine, her energy improved significantly. She also discovered the value of combining a home-based business with full-time motherhood.

She and her husband, Pat, built the business together alongside his automotive ventures, while raising four children, managing school and soccer activities, and even overseeing a small Drum & Bugle Corps for about 10 years. Throughout it all, the business grew steadily through repeat customers who experienced strong results. Her husband passed away in 2015.

While product delivery has become much easier today than it was in 1966, the people-centered nature of the business remains unchanged. She continues as an Independent Shaklee Distributor with an inheritable business model. The company handles research and development, quality control, shipping, training, and more—allowing her to focus on sharing better health with people of all ages.

Pat feels truly blessed not only to have access to products that support good health, but also to be actively involved with the Westminster Chamber. There is never a dull moment.

Ryan is a seasoned nonprofit executive with nearly two decades of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and advancing organizational impact. Most recently Interim President and CEO at Morris Animal Foundation, Ryan has led strategic direction and operations in support of groundbreaking animal health research. He previously served as Chief Development Officer at the Foundation, increasing revenue by 70% and building innovative donor engagement programs. His earlier roles at Rocky Mountain Public Media and The Coca-Cola Company sharpened his expertise in strategy, fundraising, and marketing. At Rocky Mountain Public Media, Ryan successfully led a multi-year, $34 million capital campaign to build a new media center in downtown Denver, experience that aligns powerfully with Butterfly Pavilion’s vision to establish a future global hub for invertebrate research, conservation, and education. Ryan serves on Colorado State University’s Community Impact Committee for the Veterinary Health System and holds a journalism degree from the University of Kansas. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, Courtney, their two children, and their pets.

Joe was raised in Indiana and left for the Navy right after high school, serving aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71). After his service, he used the GI Bill to attend Purdue University, graduating in 1995. His career has largely been in software sales, hardware, and just about every form of technology and services giving him a front-row seat to how businesses evolve.

Six years ago, Joe moved to Colorado on what he now remembers as day one of COVID. After a decade with an MSP, he stepped into the restoration industry, where he found a deeper appreciation for servant leadership and helping business owners solve real problems.

But the pull to build something of his own never left. In December 2025, Joe leaned into AI, earned his certification as an AI generalist, and finally took the step to launch his own firm. With AI and the relationships he's built over the years, Joe was able to get up and running quickly.

Tiffany Flores is a Colorado native with a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State University. She has built a career rooted in service and community impact, with professional experience as an elementary school teacher, a social worker supporting individuals with disabilities, and the owner of a residential and commercial cleaning company.

Tiffany currently serves as the Community Engagement Specialist for Jefferson Academy Charter Schools, where she supports the organization across multiple campuses. Her multifaceted role includes serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors; leading marketing, advertising, sponsorships, donor relations, events, and networking efforts; and helping families access critical resources during challenging times. Through partnerships with organizations such as A Precious Child, T-Mobile Hotspots, and Mountainview Church, Tiffany works to strengthen support systems for students and families throughout the community.

Deeply committed to service, Tiffany is actively involved in her community, volunteering with organizations such as the Polka Dot Powerhouse Westminster Chapter and participating in her church choir.

John Capra is President of Tailwinds of Hope a local Non-Profit that provides scholarships that support the dreams of hard-working, compassionate, and goal oriented young students. The foundation currently provides seven scholarships totaling $27,000 a year.

John comes with 27 years of corporate business working for Pepsi Bottling. John started his career in Sales and moved into warehouse operations and concluded his career as a Supply Planner. After retirement John focused his attention on Tailwinds of Hope. Tailwinds of Hope started with one scholarship and has grown with seven scholarships supporting students. John puts on a local annual golf tournament that attracts over two hundred golfers and is the main fundraiser for the foundation.

Tailwinds of Hope Non-Profit was created to honor the memory of Zachary Capra, a future commercial airline pilot. Zachary was killed April 4, 2018, when the small engine plane he was flying crashed just after takeoff in Daytona Beach, Florida while he was conducting his final check ride to obtain his commercial pilot’s license. On that clear morning, just shortly after takeoff, the left wing separated from the aircraft and crashed in an open field. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) examiner John Azma also perished in this crash.

John grew up in Westminster and attended Westminster Public Schools, Metz Elementary, Clear Lake Junior High School and Iver C Ranum High School. John also worked for the City of Westminster in the Parks Department for six years. Since John has been part of this community for 60 years, his passion shows and believes it is his obligation to give back to his community.
