Justin Sheets is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, former law enforcement officer, entrepreneur, husband, and father who now owns and operates 911 Driving School Westminster. With a career that included protection and investigative assignments around the world, Justin eventually transitioned from public safety into business ownership while continuing his passion for serving the community.

At 911 Driving School Westminster, Justin has built a driver education program focused on safety, accountability, and real-world instruction taught exclusively by police officers and firefighters. His school has been repeatedly recognized throughout the community, including nominations for Westminster Small Business of the Year in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, recognition as the Best of the Best Westminster in the overall school category by Colorado Community Media, and Top 3 Driving School honors from Best of Mile High multiple years running. Justin was also the first to win the Westy Achiever award by the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and was a WarriorSabre award recipient in 2024 for his continued service to his community.

Justin remains committed to helping teens and adults become safer, smarter, and more confident drivers throughout the Denver metro area.

Scott Hughes is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He is known for emphasizing that you don’t need to be a million-dollar business to be sued like one, so make sure you have the right insurance to protect yourself.

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Scott relocated to Colorado after graduating from the University of Iowa in 2004. He began his career in banking and advertising while earning his Master of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver. In 2009, he transitioned into the insurance industry by joining DLP Insurance, which later became Conexus Insurance Partners.

Scott lives in Westminster with his wife, Evie, whom he married in 2015, the same year they moved from Lakewood. They have two children and a mini labradoodle who keeps the household lively. An active member of the Westminster community, Scott is dedicated to supporting local business owners and helping them safeguard their growth while managing their risk. He believes strongly in treating others with respect, recognizing that professional and personal paths often cross more than once.

Passionate about education and constantly learning, Scott enjoys demystifying insurance and helping clients understand how coverage works.
