Eric Gardner is the General Manager of Church Ranch Event Center and Table Mountain Meeting & Event Center, where he leads a team dedicated to delivering exceptional event experiences while building strong relationships throughout the business community. Under his leadership, the organization has earned numerous honors, including the Westminster Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year award in 2019. Eric believes that great organizations are built by great teams. Together, he and his staff have been recognized as Best Non-Food Vendor in Service at the Taste of Westminster in 2018, 2021, 2024, and 2025, and have also earned Best of Mile High honors in 2023 and 2025. Before joining Church Ranch Event Center, Eric owned and operated a successful financial services business with Primerica Financial Services from 1999 to 2010, helping individuals and families develop sound financial strategies. Earlier in his career, he built an extensive background in hospitality and leadership with Applebee's and Rio Bravo, where he served as a Lead Corporate Trainer. During that time, he helped open more than 100 restaurant locations across the country in just five years, developing high-performing teams and operational excellence. A passionate advocate for the local business community, Eric currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Chamber's Government Affairs Committee. He is committed to fostering economic growth, supporting local businesses, and strengthening partnerships that benefit the Westminster community. Known for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to service, and dedication to developing people, Eric continues to make a lasting impact through his work, his community involvement, and his passion for creating meaningful experiences for clients, colleagues, and business leaders alike.
