A proposito di questo titolo

A podcast that explores the space between awareness and action.

For the ambitious woman who has built a life that looks good on paper, but somewhere along the way, it started to feel a little less like hers.

Maybe you’re successful, but restless. Fulfilled, but craving something more. Tired of hustling, overthinking, or constantly trying to figure out what’s next. Maybe you know your patterns and can feel that something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure how to move forward.

Hosted by coach Sabrina Del Duca, Before You Change Everything… explores what’s actually happening beneath our behaviors, decisions, and desire for change, especially the emotions we’ve learned to suppress, control, avoid, or distrust.

Because we’re all negotiating with emotion. We overthink to find certainty, people-please to avoid disappointment, and overachieve to feel like we’re enough. But what if the way forward isn’t about controlling how you feel or figuring everything out first?

Through honest conversations, personal stories, and the questions we don’t always stop long enough to ask, we’ll explore what your emotions are communicating, the patterns you’ve developed around them, and how understanding them can help you make more conscious choices.

This is the work Sabrina does with her coaching clients: feel what’s there, understand what it’s telling you, and choose how you want to respond.

Because sometimes, you don’t need to change everything. You need to understand what’s happening within you and what you actually want to do next.

Before You Change Everything… Let’s have a conversation about what’s actually happening.

  • What If You Could Let People Be Wrong About You?
    Nov 3 2026

What if the reason you keep editing yourself, overthinking what to say, or waiting until you feel more confident isn't that you're not ready… but that you're trying to control how people see you?

In this episode of Before You Change Everything…, I'm sharing my own experience of trying to show up as the polished, put-together version of myself, and what happened when I started letting people see more of the real me.

Because putting yourself out there means accepting something uncomfortable: you can have the best intentions, express yourself honestly, and still be misunderstood, judged, or disliked.

And if you're someone who's used to getting things right, that can be hard to sit with.

    We'll explore:

    • Why other people's opinions can feel so personal
    • How our attempts to manage how we're perceived can keep us from showing up fully
    • What it means to build enough self-trust that someone else's perspective doesn't shake your sense of who you are

Because the goal isn't to stop caring what people think. It's about learning to care without letting their opinions define you.

So the next time you find yourself holding back, ask yourself: What am I afraid I'll feel if I let myself be seen?

And what might become possible if I stopped trying so hard to protect myself from that feeling?

Want to explore what's coming up for you?

If you recognize yourself in this episode and want some support understanding the patterns that are keeping you stuck, I'd love to invite you to book a free Connection Call. It's a chance for us to talk about what's going on for you and explore how coaching might support you.

  • Maybe You're Not Stuck
    Oct 27 2026

Feeling stuck doesn't always mean there's something you need to fix.

Sometimes, it means you've outgrown a version of yourself, but you haven't quite figured out what's next.

In this episode of Before You Change Everything…, I’m sharing a little of my own story from the end of my corporate career, when I kept trying to figure out why I felt so unsettled. I changed my circumstances, took vacations, tried different roles… and yet, something still didn't feel right.

What I eventually had to recognize was that maybe nothing was wrong with me or my life. Maybe I had simply changed.

We explore what it means to be in that in-between space, why not knowing what's next can feel so uncomfortable, and how the pressure to figure it all out can make it even harder to hear yourself.

Because sometimes, feeling stuck is about avoiding a decision you already know you need to make. And sometimes, you're genuinely still figuring things out. Learning to tell the difference starts with slowing down and getting curious about what's actually going on beneath the surface.

If you've been doing all the thinking, analyzing, and strategizing but still can't seem to find clarity, this one's for you.
