Feeling stuck doesn't always mean there's something you need to fix.
Sometimes, it means you've outgrown a version of yourself, but you haven't quite figured out what's next.
In this episode of Before You Change Everything…, I’m sharing a little of my own story from the end of my corporate career, when I kept trying to figure out why I felt so unsettled. I changed my circumstances, took vacations, tried different roles… and yet, something still didn't feel right.
What I eventually had to recognize was that maybe nothing was wrong with me or my life. Maybe I had simply changed.
We explore what it means to be in that in-between space, why not knowing what's next can feel so uncomfortable, and how the pressure to figure it all out can make it even harder to hear yourself.
Because sometimes, feeling stuck is about avoiding a decision you already know you need to make. And sometimes, you're genuinely still figuring things out. Learning to tell the difference starts with slowing down and getting curious about what's actually going on beneath the surface.
If you've been doing all the thinking, analyzing, and strategizing but still can't seem to find clarity, this one's for you.
