Welcome to the conversations that usually stay inside my head!

This podcast is my inner dialogue, my late night musings, the lessons I'm learning in real time and the thoughts that refuse to leave me alone! It's an honest look at rebuilding your life after heartbreak, disappointment and starting over.

Here, we turn trauma into wisdom, pain into purpose and find beauty in becoming undone, because sometimes falling apart is the very thing that allows you to become the person you were always meant to become.

We'll talk self-worth, healing, habits, mindset, confidence, relationships, faith, business, motherhood and what it really looks like to choose yourself, even when it is uncomfortable!

I'm not here because I have all the answers. I am here because I'm living it too.

So if you've ever found yourself thinking "I should probably be in therapy but..." instead of spiralling, let's have that conversation.

Come on in...

  • I saw the red flags so why did I stay?!

Recognising the pattern is one thing but finding the confidence to do something about it? Well, that’s a whole different story.

I once kept an actual journal documenting the arguments between my ex and I. I could see what was happening, yet it took another four years before I finally left.

So why do we sometimes recognise the red flags and convince ourselves they’re just a lighter shade of pink?!

In this episode, we’re talking about pattern recognition, emotional intelligence and the uncomfortable gap between knowing something isn’t serving you and feeling ready to change it.

I also reflect on being five years single, how my relationship with myself has changed and how I’m learning to recognise inconsistent behaviour in dating without overanalysing someone’s intentions or falling in love with their potential.

Because understanding someone else’s behaviour doesn’t mean you have to keep accepting it. And being emotionally intelligent doesn’t mean becoming so understanding of everyone else that you abandon yourself.

We’re not aiming to become cynical, suspicious or perfect at spotting red flags. We’re learning to trust our own observations, recognise what no longer serves us and have the confidence to respond differently.

Because awareness is the beginning. What you do with it is where things really start to change….

  • The Hills I’m Willing To Die On…. Apparently
    Sep 24 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Life gets so busy that I don’t think we stop to notice the little hills we’ve decided we’re willing to die on.

The tiny ones, like why I don’t listen to music when I’m out walking because my brain doesn’t need any more noise. And the bigger ones, like why I think more women should lift weights, why encouraging a competitive spirit in children can carry into adulthood, and the complicated reality of maintenance money when one parent is raising children 24/7.

This episode is a little more free-flowing, a little more opinionated and probably a little more me.

My brain started whirring and I picked up my microphone late at night, saying the things I’ve realised I’m not really willing to compromise on.

As always… you can disagree. I probably still won’t change my mind. ✌🏼

  • So... I Actually Did The Thing
    Sep 18 2026

This week we are having a little catch- up, a little life update, a little "wait am I actually doing this?"

This week I am chatting about going to a wellness networking event, meeting other women building their own businesses and what it felt like to actually talk about the journal that I have been working on for SO bloody long.

I also get a bit more into why I created You vs You, Always - what I wanted it to be, who I made it for and why I am so passionate about creating something that helps you stop waiting for the perfect moment and start taking those small steps towards the life that you actually want.

Which brings us back nicely to last week's episode, Doing It Anywayz. Sometimes the next step isn't a massive life overhaul, sometimes it is just showing up, putting yourself in the room, having the conversation and seeing what happens.

And whilst we're talking about products, I get into THAT *uh hmm* sports campaign which has dominated my social media feed this week.

Don't worry though, I won't be parading around with footballs on my chest to sell you a journal.

    Probably...
