Description: Michelle Cassandra Johnson was trained as a clinical social worker, and later was influenced by people and experiences which led her to appreciate how becoming a racial equity consultant for companies in the corporate to nonprofit world could help alleviate situations these organizations were not recognizing as an issue when addressing people of color. While she was going through these changes she also became attracted to and trained in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, spiritual practices, and other types of holistic practices that built up her skill set and today makes her one of the most unique healers in the world of racial equity among her peers but also as a stand alone healer in the world of leading holistic centers throughout the US. She is also able to teach writing classes, with a unique approach to reduce the fear of writing; she is able to teach meditation as form of empowerment, she is able to help people understand how to help a taxed nervous system; and use spiritual practices to address how to build up our body’s energetic boundaries or fields as well as how to protect our minds from outside forces and prevent mental overload.
