  • Ep 11: There is no one right way

It's easy to believe there's a right way to build a business.

    The right strategy.
    The right platform.
    The right coach.
    The right way to grow.

    But what if there isn't?

In this episode, Frida reflects on why so many of us spend time looking for certainty outside ourselves, when perhaps the invitation is to become more curious about our own vision instead.

Because there are many different ways to build a business.

The path that's right for someone else may not be the path that's right for you.

    Your vision matters.

The phase of business you're in matters.

And most importantly, what you're creating matters.

    In this episode, Frida explores:

    • Why there is no single formula for building a meaningful business
    • How your vision influences the strategies that will support you
    • Why different stages of business require different approaches
    • The importance of trusting your own way instead of following someone else's
A simple reflection to help you let go of rules that no longer fit

The question I'd love to leave you with today is:

What rule am I following that doesn't fit me?

  • Ep 10: Creating your own version of success
    Jul 29 2026

What does success actually mean to you?

For many of us, our definition of success was shaped long before we ever stopped to question it. Family expectations, cultural beliefs, and the messages we absorb growing up can quietly influence the lives and businesses we build.

In this episode, Frida shares her own journey of discovering that the version of success she had been chasing wasn't actually hers. Although she had achieved everything she thought she was supposed to want, something still felt missing.

This conversation is an invitation to pause and reflect.

What if success looked different for you?

What if it wasn't about achieving more, but creating a life and business that genuinely supports who you are?

    In this episode we explore:

    • Why many of us unknowingly chase someone else's version of success

    • How family, culture, and business expectations shape our choices

    • Creating a definition of success that feels meaningful and aligned

    • Why you're allowed to build differently

    • A simple reflection to help you define success on your own terms

  • Ep 9: Trusting your own way
    Jul 22 2026

Share your thoughts with us (click here)

In this episode, Frida explores what it really means to trust your own way in business and life. In a world full of strategies, opinions, and advice, it can be easy to lose touch with your own inner knowing. But sustainable businesses aren't built by following someone else's path; they're built by learning to trust your own.

Frida shares how to recognise the difference between trust and fear, why it's easy to outsource our power, and how reconnecting with your body can help you make decisions that feel deeply aligned.

This is a gentle reminder that your path doesn't need to look like anyone else's.

    In this episode:

    • Why there is no perfect strategy
    • The difference between trust and fear in the body
    • How we unintentionally outsource our power
    • Using mentors, intuition and AI without losing yourself
    • Why confusion isn't a sign you're failing
    • A simple practice to reconnect with your inner trust

    Reflection question:

Where am I not trusting myself?

If this conversation resonates with you, Frida would love to hear your reflections.

  • Ep 8: Why we keep looking for permission
    Jul 15 2026

Share your thoughts with us (click here)

Why do so many of us keep waiting for permission?

    Permission to begin.
    Permission to be visible.
    Permission to do things differently.
    Permission to trust ourselves.

In this episode, I explore one of the quiet patterns I see so often in healers and intuitive business owners: the unconscious habit of waiting for someone else to say, "Yes, you're ready."

Perhaps it began long before business.

At school, we were taught to ask for permission.
Growing up, we learned to seek approval.
Over time, many of us carried those patterns into our work without even realising it.

What if you're not actually waiting to become someone else?

What if you're simply being invited to grow into more of who you already are?

In this episode, I share a different way of looking at growth, why waiting to feel completely ready can keep us stuck, and a few gentle questions to help you notice where you might be holding yourself back.

Because the permission you've been waiting for may already be yours to give.

    Reflection questions from this episode:

    • What am I waiting for permission for?
    • Where do I need to give myself permission?
    • What would I do if I already had permission?

If this conversation resonates with you, Frida would love to hear your reflections.

  • Ep 7: Why I Believe We Need A Healing Business Revolution
    Jul 8 2026

Share your thoughts with us (click here)

What if success wasn't about doing more, growing faster, or following someone else's blueprint?

In this episode, Frida explores what it means to create a healing business that supports your life instead of consuming it. She reflects on the stories we've inherited about success, productivity, and achievement, and invites us to consider a different way of building.

This conversation is about slowing down enough to ask the deeper questions. What kind of life do you want your business to make possible? What if your business could become an expression of your values rather than a constant pursuit of more?

If you've ever felt disconnected from your work, overwhelmed by the pressure to keep up, or unsure whether the traditional path is right for you, this episode offers a gentle reminder that you're allowed to build differently.

    In this episode, Frida explores:

    • Why business is meant to support life, not replace it
    • The difference between building from pressure and building with purpose
    • Letting go of someone else's definition of success
    • Creating a business that reflects who you truly are
Simple questions to help you reconnect with what matters most

If this conversation resonates with you, Frida would love to hear your reflections.

  • Ep 6: What Many Healers Were Never Taught About Building A Business
    Jul 1 2026

Share your thoughts with us (click here)

Many healers begin their journey because they want to help people, not because they dream of running a business.

But building a healing business asks something different of us. It invites us to step beyond being only the practitioner and into becoming the CEO of our work, our vision, and the life we want to create.

In this episode, Frida explores why so many healers struggle once they start a business, not because they aren't good enough, but because they were never taught how to think beyond their healing modality.

She shares why your business should support your life rather than consume it, how to stop chasing clients and instead become the lighthouse for the people you're here to serve, and why clarity isn't something you wait for; it's something you create through action.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed by marketing, unsure of your next step, or wondered if you're "doing business the right way," this episode is a gentle reminder that you're allowed to build differently.

    In this episode:
Why healers need to embrace the CEO role
The Lighthouse analogy and attracting aligned clients
Why there isn't one "right" business strategy
The connection between energy, clarity, and visibility
A simple exercise to help you communicate the work you're here to do

    Remember...

You are the CEO of your business and your life.

And you're allowed to build differently.

  • Ep 5: The hidden reason many healers struggle to attract clients
    Jun 24 2026

Share your thoughts with us (click here)

Many healers assume that if clients aren't coming, they need a better marketing strategy.

    Sometimes that's true.

But often, there is something deeper asking for our attention.

In this episode, I explore some of the hidden reasons healers and intuitive business owners can struggle to attract clients, even when they're doing many of the "right" things.

We look at the role of clarity, self-trust, visibility, aligned messaging, and the fear that can arise when we're invited to step more fully into our work.

Because often, the thing keeping us stuck isn't a lack of information.

    It's self-doubt.
    Old protective patterns.
    Fear of being seen.
Or the belief that we need to become someone else before we're ready.

This episode is an invitation to slow down and gently reflect on what might be sitting underneath the challenge.

    Together, we explore:

    • Why attracting clients isn't always a marketing problem
    • The importance of clarity and self-trust
    • How inconsistent messaging can create confusion
    • Fear of visibility and stepping into a bigger role
    • Connecting with the people you're truly here to help
    • Why clarity matters more than certainty

I also leave you with a simple but powerful question:

    What am I still hiding?

Sometimes the next step isn't learning another strategy.

Sometimes it's allowing yourself to be seen.

  • Ep 4: Visibility Is Not About Becoming Louder
    Jun 17 2026

Share your thoughts with us (click here)

So many people believe visibility means becoming louder.

    More content.

    More posts.

    More reels.

    More energy.

    More pushing.

But what if visibility isn't about becoming louder at all?

In this episode of The Healing Business Revolution, Frida explores the difference between visibility and performance, why so many healers struggle to be seen, and how visibility can feel much more sustainable when it comes from connection rather than pressure.

Frida also shares her own journey with visibility, reflections from Family & Systemic Constellations work, and why the real challenge is often not social media itself, but what visibility brings up inside us.

    In this episode:

    • Why visibility and loudness are not the same thing

    • The difference between visibility and performance

    • Why many healers resist being seen

    • Family & Systemic Constellations and visibility

    • What it means to take up space

    • Creating visibility in a way that feels sustainable

    Reflection Question:

Where have you confused visibility with performance?

    Remember:

Your work deserves room to exist. And so do you.
