The Water element is a powerful one. In TCM — water is life. It is the SOURCE and root of our essence. In fascia classes we work with WATER for graceful aging, for fluid balance, hydration + metabolism, excreting toxins, adrenal love notes, reproductive health, fertility. It governs your bones, teeth and brain (hello cognitive health). It transforms energy.

And when in balance we have a healthy relationship to life. We trust. We transmute panic or fear and we walk in faith. And through this element you tap into your unique codes for being here and the courage and willpower to BE FULLY YOU.

...and what to expect in the new world.

The world will not be the same on the other side of July. Whether it will feel climactic or the flick of a few dominos (or both) is hard to know.

This is an audio version of a piece I wrote for Substack.

My Life’s Work/Conscious Sun Gate is 44. My gift is seeing and predicting patterns. Part of my life’s work is helping others break old patterns and break free from the past. Many astrologers right now are looking through old lenses — making comparisons to historical references from parts of this astrology. But this cosmic soup is unprecedented. And we are not here to repeat the past.

This is our second training as part of FENG SHUI Summer. We began with the Foundations last week.

This week we start diving into the ELEMENTS and their associated directions, significations, activations, ways to balance and special tips for the associated Kuas.

We begin with WOOD and everyone can hear at the top of the call the qualities of Wood in both TCM and Feng Shui. Wood is one of the elements I speak about the most as 99% of the population has the emotional association of Wood (Liver/Gallbladder) — Anger, Frustration, Bitterness — as their Not Self theme in Human Design.

And now more than ever, it is important to process these feelings through the body and out as we move into the New Paradigm.

We all have a dominant element in our constitution and I share about the qualities of a Wood “person”. These are also qualities that we are drawing forward by activating and supporting more of the Wood element in our lives.

I wanted to break down June a bit this month as it feels like a time to be intentional before energy ramps up in July. Many of us are feeling it… that something big is coming. We are on the precipice of so much shifting, it’s hard to know what that will look like on the world stage but most of us agree that July feels big.

So June is a lot about nervous system tending, nourishment, rest, recalibration. I broke down some dates to pay attention to and talked about how to work with the energy as well as reflecting on Chiron in Aries, paradigm shifts and self forgiveness + how Chiron in Taurus will support the birthing of a new world.

I also spoke about launching by astrology and how 6/9 is a really juicy date incoming.
